Beautiful property and great location!

High service charge taxes on everything! $35 a day for resort fee plus another 4+ dollars of taxes. Same thing for garage parking $40 a night plus taxes.

The convenience to everything was perfect!

I think it’s unfair to charge daily for parking. That should have been included in the resort fee. And honestly, why do we have to pay for a resort fee? Everything we did was a fee and a tip! They need to man the pool better. Not enough chairs and they should have a policy that if your party leaves to eat or go on the beach you loose your spot. No saving seats in advance period. We stayed for 3 days and never got a seat.

Price of parking is extremely high. Came on motorcycle first night no issues parking. The next day the valet accused us of not staying at the hotel, and insinuated motorcycle riders did not stay there. Which is untrue because we have been before on motorcycles. He stated we couldn’t park a motorcycle there because it was valet only. Guy was not going to ride our motorcycle and my husband said do you have a motorcycle cycle license, he didn’t so he said then I will have to park it. The evening before the valet just showed him where to park it. Microwave in rooms would be nice

This was a fantastic property! From the moment we pulled up, there were 2 valet team members that raced to the car, offered us water and wisked us to the front desk. Although we were early, they offered us an upgraded room and we went right upstairs with the bellman. The room was like new and beautifully furnished. The bed was super comfortable. The pool are is lovely and in the heat of the summer we really loved that the pool was cooled. The wait staff at the pool could not have been more efficient and friendly. Great drinks at a good price and a nice selection of food. The caesar salad was great. Lots of smiling team members. They offered two towels, one that had a pocket for over the top of the chair and one for your body. At breakfast in the morning they had indoor and outdoor seating. A buffet on weekends which was basically tons to order and super delicious. At night the lobby bar was lively with great bartenders. This hotel is very centrally located and you cannot beat it. Great job team Wyndham. You made our stay perfect!

Everything was perfect!

Second time staying here and we will be back. It’s a beautiful property. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The staff is probably what will bring us back the most. I can’t say enough good things about how well you are treated while there. The bellman remembered us from the last time and the other bellman talked to us every time we passed him about our day. The pool is beautiful too. Love that they come to you while in the pool.

The ONLY we didn’t like is how it clearly states you can’t save chairs and our room over looked the pool so we saw it every morning and nothing was ever enforced. But when we left our towels to grab lunch bc everyone else did, they removed them. Which is fine but just be more consistent.

Room was nice and facility was clean. Registration folks were professional. Views of beach are nice. Hotel is very close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Our Room was on floor 11 and a bar that was on the ground on Tuesday was having karaoke night sounded like it was outside the window. I waited till 12:30 for it to end. I then called front desk who informed me they usually go until 2:30AM. I looked up the noise ordinance and it said 11PM. I called police 30 mins later. Then as soon as we got off the call they stopped! These hotels are not cheap and I was there for 4 days. Every night there was a band playing at "live". Some nights they didn't go as long, 11 or 11:30.

Location, pool and beach very accessible, amenities, restaurants. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Beds were comfortable and loved the oceanfront room.

Could use new carpets in the rooms. Room cleaning was late in the day and we missed a few days. Valet parking cost, should be a flat rate to account for longer stays. The accessible chair for one guest didn't work properly and I feel like this should be a priority to account for all needs of guests. The staff tried to help, and guests also helped a person get into the pool.

one day the weather wasn’t great in the morning but cleared up by noon. but the beach cabanas remained locked down. no way to even set one up for myself (really just the chairs) but still charged the resort fee for the day

Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Asked at check in if we were celebrating anything special, they wound up upgrading our room to the top floor w full gulf view. Pool open til 3am was amazing. Gives you a chance to swim without kids everywhere. Beds are so comfortable and clean. Tammy (front desk manager) made our stay extra special…. And Yuli (pool bar bartender) was just lovely 🤗 AND THE SPA!!!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!

$40/valet parking.. food could be better but wasn’t horrible!
