We were really nervous after seeing other reviews that stated it was closed and no one on site. When we arrived, we met the owner which he was really nice and explained he was remodeling after the hurricane. We got a brand new room and he was very accommodating. They are still just finishing up renovations but it was definitely a great stay and I would recommend this for a great place!

The only downside is the pool was cold but that was trivial as the weather was chillier too, so I was probably not getting in the pool on this stay!

Location was great

When we first got there air conditioner was not working. Ask the owner what could be done he told me just a Refund and find another room. Only problem There was No Other rooms. Ask if he could Bring us a fan he did. Then finally took air conditioner out of another room and replaced ours. We are Very pleased with the help and attentiveness he gave us. Will definitely stay again.

Room set up was nice very spacious .Pool was clean and the location is perfect walking distance to the beach, pier60 and Starbucks is right across the street! Parking was not hard to find and close to the facility.

I would definitely recommend adding some grills to the grassy area next to the pool

It’s cost efficient for what I needed it for. With Starbucks across the street and tons of eating places as well as one block from the beach. Rooms is spacious with a nice pool to enjoy

There’s nothing negative about the property very friendly environment

I had never stayed at a one star place in my life and pleasantly pleased with this one. I would stay here again without any worries. The room was right by the pool and I had not problems with anyone being loud on Friday night.

If I had to say anything negative it would be that the place was old. But it delivered everything I needed and old did not matter to me.

For the price, you can’t go wrong! Exceptional location.

Little things, hangers in the closet, paper towels or hand towels in the kitchen. Nothing major to complain about

The staff there was wonderful and helped my family and I to have the best vacation stay ever.

There was nothing about the facility that I did not like. There is nothing to mot like. I have nothing but food things to say about the place.

The manager let us check in very early since our flight was early. We lost a room key and he graciously replaced it with a small fee.

Beds, bath, and furniture was great but the floors could have been cleaner.

Excellent location, walking distance from the beach. Convenient parking right along the main road. Quick checkout. Cool AC.

Room on the ground floor can get noisy from people walking and vehicles passing. Only one key for the room provided. No blackout curtains.

Great location right behind Hyatt regency in the center of clearwater Beach!

Housekeeping only came 1x during the week. Other than that, everything was great!
