Excellent value and location. Our suite was very roomy and clean. The pool area was on the smaller side, but very well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The room was not decorated much, but I saw many rooms were being upgraded (don’t worry, not a load renovation, just swapping out mattresses and a fresh coat of paint and adding decor items). There was such a cutie ice cream shop on property!

The fold out bed wasn’t super comfortable, but is there a comfortable foldout bed in existence?!

Location, first floor, beds and pillows comfortable, AC unit fine. Listing mentioned a hot plate, but there wasn’t one and I asked the desk there wasn’t.

I bumped my head on a leaning light post walking out of the front parking onto the steps. Looks like it was patched with steel to support it at the base at some point. Extra parking fees were not disclosed in listings so that was a surprise, additional I think it was $60.

I stayed here for a month and was very happy. The room was clean and I didn't see a single bug, which can happen in Florida. The location is amazing. You get the same location as the luxury hotels, but across the street and at a cheaper rate. The beach is a very short walk away. A big plus to me was the clientele, which were either people a bit older, or younger families. Nobody was rowdy or disrespectful.

They need to improve their Wifi coverage. I'm a programmer so it was frustrating to use bad Wifi for a month, and they could easily improve coverage at a low cost with a few extenders and maybe increasing bandwidth a bit. Also, the rooms are loud with low sound isolation, but that's part of being on Clearwater Beach and really didn't bother me too much.

It was extremely close to the beach as advertised. Not all the rooms have a great view but we lucked out with one of the marina. The staff was extremely accommodating when we arrived earlier than planned they stored our luggage and had a room available a couple hours earlier. They were very kind and did not charge us extra for that.

It wasn’t the most glamorous place but we knew that. It was perfect for what we needed. It was not really a disappointment for us but may be for some.

Friendly and helpful staff. Free hot tea and coffee. Great location to walk to the beach, restaurants and attractions including Pier 60.

The hotel is located at a busy intersection and vehicle noise gets pretty loud. I could hear our neighbors in the next room talking pretty clearly. Bring a white noise machine and you’ll be fine. Both pools were nice and heated.

The Clearwater Beach is not far from this hotel. The beach was awesome. There are some nice restaurants nearby including this great donut place - Parlor Doughnuts. Also, there is island market and Speedway gas station nearby. One of the pools, you can see the bay. Nice hotel but it is not fancy if you expect. Friendly staff members and helpful.

Incredible value for the money and location. It’s an older style but very clean and so close to beach and bars/restaurants. I have stayed here numerous times and will be back again

For the price there is nothing I didn’t like. If they did upgrades or added breakfast or something else they would be charging much more…

I like to we could see the beach from our room and we are facing the pool. And the room was nice and big plenty of room in it. All the staff at work there were friendly.

Two girls swimming at the pool at 1:00 a.m. and we have to call the front desk to get them taken out of the pool

Good location, amazing view, clean spacious room! Staff was friendly.

I wanted to make coffee but there were no cups so l went down 5 floors, got my travel cup, washed it and the coffee maker didn't work. That is my only complaint. But if you've ever seen Airplane, you know how important coffee is.

Our room was ready and we stood there after already asking them if it was, for 20 minutes until we had to ask again if was ready (it was after check in time).
