This is my second time at this hotel. Location is perfect. Staff was very friendly. You have everything you need to relax. Room is comfortable and spacious. The beach is right in front of the hotel. Parking and restaurant on-site. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was really good too: eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruits, bread, yogurt, juice, oatmeal-- pretty much everything except bacon (maybe I missed it). The pool is right in front of the beach as well.

I didn't like that you had to pay for parking and for the umbrella/chairs at the beach. Other than that the experience was excellent.

The location was a good spot for people/boats watcher. We saw dolphins/stingray every morning and late afternoon. Beautiful sunset. Live band a few hotels down as we could walk and not worrying about driving back home. I would come back again and again. I like the staff there, they are super friendly!! :-)

The outdoor pool is small but we rather spend time at the beach anyway so that doesn't bother us. We spent most of our time at the beach. Spent all day swimming in the water.

The entire hotel was impeccably kept. The included breakfast featured many appetizing options and we enjoyed them on the beautiful terrace during the morning hours. The pool was like bath water and was open until 10:00, which was the highlight of my child's evening. Our room was enormous and prioritized comfort with an oversized queen bed and luxurious bedding! We were extremely pleased!

The beach area was not my favorite. It was small in size and was more like an inlet, instead of coastline.

The view was spectacular. The staff were able to grant our special request to be on a higher level for a better view which was greatly appreciated. The food and drinks at the attached dining areas was delicious (roasted red pepper hummus from the beach bar is the best). The beach itself was clean and inviting. The sound of the waves, lilting music and general chatter was the best white noise. The water felt refreshing and sand between the toes was magical. The hotel's location is in a great spot, with lots of food options, a little grocery store and dispensary all near by. A small cute dog beach is also not far away at the marina. Great value for our staycation.

The smoking area was dismal. It was small and hard to find with very little weather protection. A cover would be nice.

I liked everything. The room was very large and we had great view of the beach. The location was perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The only complaint I have is had booked through book it.com and the hotel charged us as well which was stressfull. The person at Bookit.com took care of it for us. Other than that everything was perfect

Staff was very friendly, especially to my 4-year old daughter who got some free snacks. The attached restaurant and bar area were very good and convenient for food and drinks. We were able to get drinks to go to our room, which was convenient with having small children. Location was relatively quiet but had several options for restaurants and a market to get food, drinks, and various supplies you may need, which was open quite late (perfect for families with young children).

The chairs/cabanas on the private beach were rather expensive to rent. Flat rate of $10 per chair and $35 per cabana.

Very nicely configured structure with a great patio/terrace containing bar & restaurant overlooking their beach & the gulf. The daily breakfast & dining area also well organized with breakfast variety per day, good coffee offered all day. Their beach is compartmentalized structurally in a manner making it feel personal & visually pleasing.

We had double queen size beds with one bed mattress needing to be removed since it clearly was sagging on one side; I tolerated it due to our short stay & didn’t move to the other double bed in the room. I told housekeeping & the front desk about the defective mattress during checkout; hope they acted on it & removed it.

The location was great! We used the trolley to get to the main beach.

The rooms could have been cleaned better.

Loved my room. It was exactly what I was looking for. I spent most of my stay reading on the balcony, which is what I planned...A totally relaxing weekend. I set up this vacation for the Gavin DeGraw Concert, but really wanted to relax, with no responsibility at all. That's exactly what I was able to obtain.

That the Terrace Bar & Grill didn't open until 1700 hrs. I wanted to have dinner at the hotel, and was ready to eat at 1530 hrs. I would like to see the Terrace Bar & Grill open for lunch and dinner.
