I love the fact that it’s somewhat secluded in its own little cove private from the other hotel beaches further down. The food was amazing Hats off to the chef every thing I tried was even better than the last who knew, out of this world food. A plus dining . Very clean too and everyone is right there to help out when you need it even when you don’t.😊

Nothing We love everything about our stay

The breakfast was enjoyable and the staff was always so friendly.

I booked the hotel a month prior to my arrival for a little over 1800, which was paid for. Then during my stay I noticed a charge to my credit card for a little over 2100. The staff advised they made a mistake and didn't realize I already paid for the room and told me the money should be put back into my account in up to 10 days. I was somewhat disappointed the hotel took 2100 additional by mistake and now I have to wait up to 10 days to get my money back that shouldn't have been taken out in the first place.

Breakfast was really good. We ate the buffet one morning. Did feel like it was pricey so the rest of our stay we ventured out for breakfast. We're not great big eaters so we didn't eat the buffet again. Your employee named "Auddis" was very polite and professional when we did try the buffet. All the staff were very friendly and professional. From the coffee shop, valet, restaurants, beach and spa they were really fantastic.

Well, my wife discovered trimmed fingernails/toe nails on our balcony. No big thing for me really but you might have staff make sure the balconies are swept/cleaned as well as the room. We prefer Long Beaches that we can walk up and down. Due to where the JW Marriott is situated, that's not really possible. We did however, visit a couple of other beaches nearby.

Absolutely beautiful facility. Very clean. Staff is wonderful. Spa is wonderful. It is in a causeway so you are not directly in view for sunrise or sunset if that is something you are looking for. However the grounds are absolutely beautiful with 3 restaurants on site and a cafe for quick bites and coffee. You don't have to leave for anything if you don't want to. The rooftop pool is very nice and was a great escape away from the private beach that can get crowded. Comfortable beds and a great shower.

Breakfast Buffet was excellent.

A gift shop for toiletries, essentials and t-shirts, etc. would have made our stay perfectly accommodating.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, and Clearwater Beach—just a short, easy walk away—is absolutely stunning. The small beach area at the resort itself isn't the best, but the location makes up for it. It is a bit overpriced, but the experience was still worth it.

The private beach area was small and not as nice as expected, especially compared to the beautiful Clearwater Beach nearby.

Had a wonderful view from our room. Rooms were quiet. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable and good at hotel. Were able to walk to all other restaurants. Location was perfect away from any crowd congestions.

-When at the pool very nice, peaceful to relax until small children came around (6 of them ) took over pool/hot tub. They were very very loud. I love children at the pool, but they were out of control! This is when they need to go to the beach (to run and play, and go in water). -Coffee Shop closed at 8:00, so when you get back after dinner out-couldn't get coffee or tea. -Very surprising we could not get a later check-out (I never experienced this before), they would hold bags, but would not have anywhere to shower for flight home after day at pool/beach. So we paid to change our flight time.

Everything was great overall. However, if you have trouble sleeping, I wouldn’t recommend staying on the 10th floor, since there is a restaurant on the 11th floor. During my 5-night stay, I had to call them twice in the middle of the night because of the noise. Aside from that, the beach staff were wonderful and very attentive.

Liked the Café. Use of the bikes. Staff on the rooftop pool were particularly attentive. Food in The Deep was very good as was the service.

View for the room was poor, it was over looking a disused parking lot/wasteland. Understand some rooms have to be overlooking it but it wasn’t great. The pillows were not good, they were too soft and your head just sank in them over the night.

Hands down I travel all over foreign and domestic and by far the best hospitality I have ever experienced. From the front desk staff thru the housekeeping untouchable

Was the confusion about the pool hours. No specific time of operating hours the security guard told guests to leave when she felt it was time to go While staying for a week guests were told it was time for closing a few times around 8 and other times after 9. When we asked what were the pool hours most staff at the pool gave us different times. When on vacation guests want to relax and wind down at the pool after a long day. Other than that the place was awesome
