The owners were very nice and accommodating. My room had a desk, that I worked at, and a kitchen table I dined at, nice to have them separated. A large refrigerator (great for filling up with bottled water and leftovers). The bed, I used, was comfortable and had a variety of pillow types to choose from. The pool was clean, with plenty of lounging available. Comfortable fold up chairs and intermittent tables were lined outside the rooms, and there was a pleasant area at the end of the building for visiting and I believe a shuffle board grid as well.

I had spent two weeks ( starting at Pensacola, working my way down the coast) and I was disappointed my last stop was the most expensive. It wasn't that it's an older establishment, it was just too much money for 4 nights. Also, the lighting in the living area was dim; the bedroom and kitchen were fine.

This is a wonderful, clean, cozy, family run resort. The owners were very friendly, cordial. Such a refreshing break from large, impersonal chain motels. Even tho it is an older motel, it is well maintained. Great view from 2nd floor as the beach is right there! Lovely, clean pool is a nice bonus, grounds were impeccable. We will stay here again! BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS!

Kind of a long walk to the beach, even tho this Gulf front, BUT, worth it as it was never crowded. Honestly, no real negatives to report!

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was perfectly clean. The shower was spacious. Nice coffee counter with a sink. Stocked with 2 plates, 2 bowls and utensils as well as a toaster. Everything we needed! The outdoor areas was perfectly manicured and walkways swept every day. Pool area was beautiful and there were also lounge chairs near the grass and shuffleboard courts. We would highly recommend!

It would have been nice to have an ice machine on the property.

The rooms were extremely clean and well equipped!! Comfortable and airy. The pool was perfect again the pool area was clean. The water was so nice and warm five minute walk to the beach. Despite being in a busy area, the resort was very quiet.

Nothing!!! I was very pleased with everything!! The owners Bonnie, Peter and Eric were absolutely wonderful and very accommodating!! The all gave off great energy!!! 😊 I will definitely be returning!! FYI I was blessed to meet 3 beautiful ladies also guest at Beachside!!! We had a blast!!!! 🥰

Accommodations & Beach were perfect.

Only problem we had in the room was the shower. It would take a few minutes sometimes to get warm & then wouldn't last very long & go cold. This went back & forth. It was are fought not saying anything to them the first day though.

-Check in/out was a breeze. -It's not too far from the beach. -Pool wa crystal clear -Grounds were tidy -Overall this place is well maintained

We wanted to sit outside in the evening. Chairs outside our door would have been perfect except for the cigarette smell from our neighbors sitting out and smoking. We moved to the area by the shuffleboard but we could still smell the cigarette smoke.

This is a true hidden gem and was everything I expected. The staff was welcoming and so accommodating. The room was clean and I felt safe. The facilities were fun and the pool was heated. The location is perfect, just steps to the beach without having to cross a busy street. They offered me towels and chairs. I highly recommend Beachside. I did not want to stay in a high rise resort.

My only advice is to add some curtains. I liked that the outside of the rooms were well lit at night but that light comes into the room with only blinds.

Such a lovely place. The unit (efficiency) was huuuuge! Also super clean and with all the bits and pieces you'd want for a self-catered stay. The service was great - I turned up early for check-in and they turned around my room so quickly so I could get in rather than hanging around. The location was also excellent - right on the beach, close to a big supermarket and restaurants and walkable to St John's Pass. Good WiFi and lots of cable channels (if you watch TV, I don't really but good to have)

Our room had everything we needed and was in excellent condition. We could see the ocean from our front window, plus the chairs and table on the walkway so convenient. Pool was very clean and inviting.

There is no way to control the afternoon summer showers but it did give us an opportunity to get ready for our fancy dinner at the the Middle Grounds Grill.

Loved our stay! Right on the beach. Aaamazing beach. Umbrella & beach chairs available for rent. Well kept property. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Clean room! Chairs outside your room to take in the nice sea breeze. Nice walkway behind the hotels. Fridge, sink & microwave to store & heat up leftovers. Lovely owners! Super accommodating! We will be back!

Be aware the walk to the beach is a bit but the same for all beachside hotels in this area of Treasure Island.
