The room was awesome, nice and big, bed was comfortable, shower was great.

I had to go to sister hotel to pick up my keys and I flew in so I did not have a car and had to walk about 1/4 mile with lugguge down the street. Spent a lot of money on transportation to get around. Nice location, but without a car it's pricey.

We love the location... Would prefer to be on the other side closer to the beach... But I did go down and see your other location.. It was very quiet where we were. We did get locked out on saturday night... And there was nobody to help.. Nor did they answer numerous phone calls. I would hate for there to be a real emergency. We didn't end up cooking at all there were no mixing bowls.. So the kitchen could use a few more things...

There were limited towels for the beach or the pool... We ended up grabbing two.. There were three of us.. We wash them ourselves because there were no other towels to get when we return those. Not a big deal. I can't think of anything I didn't like about the place. We only had one car so there was plenty of parking. Would it be nice to have access to better beach items.. We had to rent chairs for $50 a day

Location is great, the apartment is spacious. The pool is nice and property is clean and neat. It not a difficult walk to the beach.

I have stayed 4 separate times and have never had a view of the ocean. I have always been on 2nd and 3rd floor. There is also an oddly placed glass table in front of the elevators, making it difficult to maneuver the cart into and out of the elevator. They need to remove it. This last stay we had a great apartment but did not have 2 separate full baths as before. Room 202 has a large handicap accessible instead. No problem but it was not what I had expected.

Great for a family with two bathrooms and three sinks. Bedrooms spaced nicely apart so teens can stay up later and not be disruptive. Spacious kitchen and living area. Balcony view was excellent. Pool area was very nice. Short walk to the beach and shops. Short drive for groceries. 15 minute walk to John’s Pass.

Only complaint was the thin window coverings didn’t block the street light. Fortunately I brought a blackout mask. Could have used curtains.

We arrived at 340pm as we had asked for an early check in. Unfortunately, we were met with some confusion. We were told to go to the sister property Sunset Vista which was on the beachside of the road. The staff were friendly and kind. The cafe staff were very friendly and quick!

We had asked for an early check in between 3-4pm. Room was not ready until after 5pm. We had asked for a late check out but informed it would a cost.

Loved it was close to the beach. Loved how big the condo was. I would have gone to balcony for the 4th. The fireworks were amazing. The hot tub and pool were so nice. Loved that we could charcoal grill by the pool.

The TV needs to be updated to add streaming choices and a different network. It was slow. We wanted to watch a movie from Netflix or other streaming and there was no option. Parking situation needs to be fixed. We need alternatives where guests can park. The road beside the pool. Wish it wasn't so loud but still nice place.

The resort is in a great location. Everything is within walking distance. Beach is just across the street. Beautiful view from room. Also kudos to Kaitlyn the receptionist. She was amazing. She acknowledged us right away, greeted us with a warm smile and very courteous. That to me is very important. There were some other receptionist that were not so welcoming. They wouldn't even acknowledge anyone. It seemed to bother them if you asked any questions.

Although resort is in a great location. Only down side if you're sitting out in balcony, it tends to get a little noisy during the day & evening hours due to it being on a main street. Once inside you don't here all the noise. Also the resort is under new management. Some things need to be updated. Rooms need to be decluttered from too much furniture pieces.

Loved everything . Had everything we could need . Full kitchen including laundry . Balcony . Allocated parking . We had the two bed with two bathrooms we should stayed 4 nights but enjoyed it do much we extended our stay . Note comments on someone else’s review once reception isn’t manned you use your room key to get in the main doors .. I can only assume someone didn’t close properly as we had no issue . Beach is across the road

Nothing I would really change

All in all, the condo is very nice. It's in a good location and just a quick walk to the beach. The pool was warm and never crowded with people.

I was very disappointed with how we entered the condo. We got there early and was told it wasn't ready yet, so we went to pick up a few things from the grocery store. When we got back, we were told that the maid told front desk receptionist that our condo was ready. We walked in and the bed had not been changed or made. There were dirty towels on the bathroom floor. There was garbage in the waste baskets throughout the condo. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. Because the maid left early, the desk receptionist had to come take care of the condo for us. Kaitlyn went above and beyond to help make sure we had everything we needed. The floors were in need of a good cleaning and the bed wasn't very comfortable. Some updates to the condo that we had would be helpful.
