I absolutely loved every moment of my stay with you and I thank Robert at the reception for his beautiful welcome. I felt at home with you the instant I arrived, you are the absolute best Robert, the hotel is very lucky to have you as a employee. You are amazing. The room was 100% perfect, very clean and cozy with all the great amenities one needs and then the plus was that it was a walk to the beach, just a few steps away. Thank you for taking such good care of me Robert. A gem of a place to stay with such a kind man to greet you as you arrive. I truly appreciated my stay with you.

If I may recommend one little thing, just to put a *non smoking* sign on the upper floor where the tables and chairs are, as everyone gathered there to smoke and it became a smoking lounge outside my door. Just a recommendation to make your place even more perfect. Thank you kindly.

The location was perfect! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They helped give us suggestions on places to visit and explore.

We loved the property. The next time we visit we’ll request a room that’s not adjoining with the office, if there’s another room available. If your visit is a business trip and you have to be up early then no worries. Our trip was a leisurely trip so sleeping in was part of our plan. This is not a negative comment about the property just something to be mindful when booking your room. We loved the place and will definitely be back for another visit. Can’t wait to visit again! The sunsets are breathtaking 😊

Very clean hotel...more like an old-style (in a good way) roadside/beachside inn with a genuine retro charm. Very good value for the money, and about a two minute walk to the beach. Manager accommodated my request for late check out at 11 which was much appreciated.

A/C was old style, hanging in the wall type of unit and was a bit loud. The bed was comfortable but a bit small for the two of us, but to be fair I think it was a queen. The bathroom was very small, but again at this price very acceptable. Wish they had some cream/sweetener for the coffee. There is quite a bit of road noise in room 6 where we stayed-would recommend a room further away from the road.

The room was nice. The bed and the pullout sofa bed were comfortable. The AC worked well and pentry had everything you needed. The hotel was really close to the beach and you could rent chairs and towels. The hotel had a simple outdoor shower to wash of the sand with. The guy working there was very helpful. There were some nice restaurants in the area (car recommended). We would gladly come back.

While you could heat water in the microwave or on the stovetop, there wasn't a water kettle there.

Don't stay ! I want to be able to come back whenever I want to. This place is just perfect. Helpful and kind staff. Quaint hotel! I adore Florida this way. Colorful inside and out. Bright and cheery. Clean, clean, clean. Updated nicely. This is the way I know Florida. Walk without shoes to the beach. Oh, the sunsets. Treasure Island truly is a treasure . Go away ! No restaraunt/bar, no ice machine, no keyless entry door, no pool/spa. Nothing. It's home away from home with KITCHENETTE. The front desk is kind, funny, nice and helpful. Ask for recommendations. They know where to go. Two story, hotel, perfectly perfect.

Very relaxing stay in a super comfortable, well decorated and appointed room! Robert is truly a treasure - I stayed at another hotel a few miles away last month and the entire experience was nice, but the hotel did not have him! It truly did make a difference to have a knowledgeable person to answer questions and keep an eye on the property and guests, his suggestions for places to eat and visit were right on target. The small details were all taken care of for instance plenty of hangers in the closet, switches were marked, and the exterior doors did not slam shut announcing each entry and exit of your neighbors (it's not easy to keep those door closers adjusted so thanks for that Robert). Wifi was good, I was able to watch a movie on my computer with no problem and check in to work, lots of hot water for showers, having the well stocked and very clean kitchenette was perfect. This was a wonderful location, and I appreciated not having to cross Gulf Blvd to reach the beach. I can't wait to visit again.

Very handy for the beach! Fresh, clean comfortable. Rob on the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Appreciated the great recommendation for breakfast (Crabbys).

A bath may or towel for the floor would have been useful. Find it strange to be asked to take rubbish out and take linens downstairs AND then be charged extra for cleaning AND be left an envelope for gratuity!!

It's walking distance from John's Pass. Robert, the property manager, was very nice and explained the locations of the nearby restaurants and merchandise locations. Also, you can park alongside of the building and the beach is only a few steps away.

Although their website and the 3rd party booking sites showed rooms were available, we were told we could not move to the first floor because they were all booked. Only 1 of 2 tv worked at night and both did not work the next morning.

It was right by the beach so all you had to do was walk down a boardwalk through some beautiful trees and then you were right there on the beach.

No pool, and parking is real tight. I have a large SUV and was always worried someone would ding it when opening their side doors. But I was able to park right in front of my room so that helped put my mind at ease.

Location is superb. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, the service is above what you’d expect. The room is functional for a short break. It seemed clean and up-together.

Sleep was poor here. The sofa bed is not comfortable and the air con in the bedroom is so noisy it’s difficult to sleep through it. We had to use ear plugs and in the end switch the air con off as it was disturbing our sleep, then we found it too humid to sleep properly with it off. We had to get rid of cockroaches on 3 occasions in two days. Not the fault of the property owner but they seem to get into the room easily.
