Was clean great location but most of all the property mng . Judy was the best host we ever had !we woke everyday with a note at the door saying if we needed anything to contact her, that’s just the beginning we where there through tropical depre Debbie and she stay all night at the propriety to make sure we where ok ! She come to our door with updated and with very useful information since we never experience anything like that ! We felt safe ! This property are very very fortunate to have her !! Thank you Judy for all you did you are an amazing person !

Clean and comfortable. You get a good bang for your buck. Very close to Johns Pass for walking, shopping etc

Besides limited parking, my unit was right on gulf blvd. Street traffic / police lights (pulling speeders over late into the evening) was a bit unnerving when falling asleep. Would request another unit if/when returning.

Excellent location, one block from the beach, close to shops and amenities. We are more than satisfied with the attention, cleanliness and quantity of utensils in the kitchen…

The air conditioning compressor is very close to the main room and is somewhat annoying and noisy, if you are very tired it goes unnoticed… the mattress on the sofa bed is fine for children but it would not be comfortable for adults, it is very thin…

Great location right across the street from the beach access point. The rooms were very clean, and it was easy enough to get the key with the clear check-in instructions.

There was no signage or instructions for hoento access the pool. The booking site showed pictures of the pool but we didn't realize it wasn't actually on the property. Also, I emailed a question to management during the stay and never got any response.

Place was really nice, kept up really well. Room was great, very clean. Parking is very easy. Did not use the pool but the gardens look nice throughout, just really impressed overall, especially at the price point.

Second floor rooms are a little tricky when it rains, no cover and no gutters so the water flows right off the roofs into the landing for the stairs.

Great location! Just across the street from the beach! Easy access to shops, restaurants, and several parks and beaches. Many are dog friendly! The room was small but clean and had everything we needed. We also liked that there were only a few units, not big and busy like a resort.

The TV was a little odd. The one in the living room and bedroom seemed to be connected, so we couldn't watch different things or adjust the volume without it changing the other TV, too. We also really would have loved a pool on property! Otherwise, it was just fine!

Very comfortable and quite. The bed and linens were exceptionally soft and comfortable. Very clean space with great amenities (kitchen, dining, tv). Access to the courtyard porch and private back porch was very nice. Great access to the beach across Gulf Blvd.

Nothing to dislike. Property was as described and very peaceful. Perhaps for families offering a crib or pack n’play.

I loved the area and how we as a family could hang out in the first floor with one appartment each. The kids could run between eachother and had a blast. We appriciated the dining area outside.

Only charcoal to bbq with that we had to buy, but other than that great. Some of the rooms had a strang smell of damp and it took some time to try to get most of it out.

Silver Sands is always quiet and peaceful, very clean, and the location is excellent! I like that we were able to take two of our little dogs. We love it and will go back again as it has become our yearly tradition!

Silver Sands was great! What wasn’t great was my hubby and I came down with Covid and that basically ruined an otherwise beautiful vacation. He started feeling sick the day we arrived and I was sick less than 48 hours after that. I was so upset to have our vacation ruined due to illness.

Location was great, the beach was just across the street and walkable to St. Johns pass. We did not get a chance to use the pool but looked very nice and the outdoor seating areas were nice.

The room was a little bare bones, wish we had a balcony.
