The location of this property was amazing! Right on the beach, on Gulf Blvd. Short little walk away is a liquor store, gas station and a Walgreens. This resort definitely has the old Florida vibe, and we all really enjoyed it! There is some construction going on next door, but it didn't bother us at all. We will be back for another ladies get away as soon as life allows it! The staff is also amazing and very friendly! All around one of the best stays we've had in Treasure Island. p.s. we didn't get a rental and utilized the the free island hoppers that are down there, I highly recommend this, they work for tips only, so be generous! Way cheaper than an Uber or Lyft and 100% of the money given to them is theirs!

Very simple check-in and out. The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. It’s a very small walk to the water and there’s a very nice paved walkway that takes you through quite a bit of town without walking the street.

I don’t feel the need to say I disliked anything. It’s older and in need of minor repairs, but if you want there’s a place down the road for $700 a night... We’re there for the beach not the dwellings.

Very clean and basic room at fair price and located right on the beach. Easy check in - plus a really nice personal call from hotel to indicate after hours access.

Hotel is a bit dated, mattress was not real comfortable. We got in at 4am due to a delayed flight and backup at rental car counter. May have been nice to have received a discount of some kind since we used room for about 5 hours.

Perfect laid back beach spot. Definitely a small mom & pop type resort, but the location is excellent, it is very clean, and the staff is friendly. We’ll be returning, for sure.

I believe the property is great, but if I have to list “dislikes”, I will say it is a tad dated. But I enjoy thinking about what the beach was like when the hotel was built. It is beachfront, but it’s a little walk to the beach. It’s a scenic walk & beautiful, but bring a beach wagon if you have lots of beach gear or kiddos.

The room was pretty hot when we got there because the air conditioner had not been turned on but I did do a late booking so for future reference I guess I just have to call and book ahead of time so they can turn the air conditioner on

I liked how you can see the whole pool from whichever room your in.

We had someone walk right in our room. When we told the office, all they said is "we will talk to her" nothing was ever done and my family and I felt uncomfortable from that point on.

Boutique style inn, quaint and small, friendly staff, beautiful clean pool with wonderful music through stereo system, room had a kitchenette, and lets not forget to mention...on the beach!

This small family run motel was exceptionally clean. The pool was clean. We never saw any bugs. There are great restaurants nearby.

It’s located on the widest section of beach. Walking 800+ steps on soft sand was too difficult, but Sunset Beach was great to drive to. The AC is loud and there was other noise/music all night close to our room.

It was great place maybe not some place I would take my wife for a week nothing against The Arvilla Motel. It was perfect for me and a friend to spend a couple of days play golf and have dinner. Place was clean staff and guest where friendly location was good would stay again no questions asked.
