Great location and easy to get in and out of. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Love the balcony and view of the ocean from my room. Even though the wall was a little ways to the beach, it was delightful and calming. There is also a short walking/ biking path right outside that is perfect for morning walks. Many people were out with their pets each morning. One thing to note is I was in a room across from the elevator and at times it was loud. Front main bedroom receives a lot of road noise since it is close to the Main Street. I used a sound machine to drown it out. Kitchen could use a few more essential items like wrap, aluminum foil and a baking pan. Overall, it was a fantastic trip and I would certainly stay here again!

Location was perfect. Right on the main strip of treasure island. The facility provided beach chairs which made it very easy to enjoy the beach with two little kids under 4. The staff was friendly, always checking in via text to ensure our stay was up to our standards. With parking at the hotel it and beach access right from the hotel it made traveling to the beach easy. It was in the center of treasure island making things like coffee, food and live entertainment within a 5 minute walk. We will be visiting this hotel again. The unit we stayed in also had a washer and dryer which made our experience much better with little kids. The hotel provided all toiletries as well and offered a free restock on items if needed.

Very spacious unit, very new facilities, super nice living room with stunning ocean view right in front of you that you can enjoy for spacious and furnished balcony. The only negative was a strange random alarm or alert sound going off early in the morning outside of our unit, every morning, for which the staff did not have any concrete explanation although they said they would send someone to check it out. It sounded like a canned answer.

Room was beautiful. Wall art was amazing. Unit was very clean, balcony was prefect with extending sliders that looked over the big hot tub and swimming pool. Beds were comfortable, ceiling fans in every room with a remote. Kitchen offered Keurig and kpod refills. All new appliances, only 2 years old. Staff all super nice, and they had daily maid service if needed.

We did not like chair in living room. It is like a high chair for grown-ups. Very uncomfortable. Plenty of room for 2 comfortable recliners. We were not fond of walking around the complex or walking through the 2nd floor bar to have to go down stairs to the ground pool. Also, there is no lobby, per say. Just a desk where you check-in. Very very tiny area. You had to move in order for guests to get by to use the elevators or garage.

The location was great. And the room was absolutely beautiful and clean. Amazing view! Plenty of space!!

Since this location was hit by 2 hurricanes prior to our visit, I was in contact with their staff every week prior to our arrival date, to get a better understanding of the devastation in that area. I specifically asked if there were any restaurants open (as the hotel only serves bar snacks). To which they replied, yes. But unfortunately, when we arrived in town there were only about 4 places open. We would not have spent that kind of money on such a luxurious hotel room, if we had known there were no places to eat. Very disappointed with the information that was provided. But we were happy we could support the town of Treasure Island.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean. I especially like that it didn’t smell like cleaning products or air fresheners. The unit was outfitted with everything you could need. The view was outstanding! We loved the triple wide glass doors and the nice big balcony.

The only negative thing about our stay is the furniture sucks. It all looks great in the suite, but wasn’t comfortable to sit on. My suggestion would be to make the coffee table a quarter of the size it is, and put in a couple of recliners.

I love the location and the corner room views. I also loved that they called me when my daughter left her bathing suit in the room so I was able to quickly return and pick it up. The suite is well stocked with everything you need, especially when traveling with kids. Thankful for the washer and dryer, plentiful towels, dish soap, and a broom! Kids always spill something including crumbs and its nice to be able to clean it up quickly.

If you go for a walk in the early morning, there is no path across the grass from the parking lot to get to the paved path that runs along the beach and you can't cut through the pool area as it is locked. I'm sure this is for safety reasons but it is still a bit inconvenient. We learned in the morning that we had slept with a door that did not lock properly, that was a bit scary, although it was also a quick fix so I feel people should be informed to check their door. If you can open the door from outside even while the deadbolt is on, see staff immediately. They had to reset our door so it would lock properly. Easy fix but alarming if you don't know this could happen.

This resort is so clean and fresh. The location is amazing and the views are beautiful. This was our second stay here in less than 6 months. We will absolutely be back again. The staff was all very friendly. The rooms are large and comfortable and the balconies are perfect. You can sit outside and enjoy dinner while watching the sun set.

The only one complaint I would have was there was a larger group of people there when we were and they kind of invaded the pool and were very loud and obnoxious. It made being in the pool unenjoyable. That wasn’t really something within their control but it would be nice if they had a staff member maybe around that area just to ensure guests are being respectful.

The Ocean Club was amazing! We throughly enjoyed our stay here. Room and property was clean and spacious-accommodating our family of 5. All rooms have a gulf view and were as described in the listing. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Leo and Jorge were amazing at the front desk. Contrary to other reviews the music at the pool was at an appropriate level and family appropriate. Would recommend and would return in the future.

Clean, perfect location, spacious room size for our family of 5, and well maintained pool area. Pool area/property didn’t feel overcrowded. Staff were friendly and accommodating from checking in to checking out.

With it being spring break during our stay, I think having the pool hours open later til 11pm or midnight would have been more beneficial.
