Great location, the rooms have everything you need. The beds were very comfortable, and the pool area was lovely!

This is the Florida that I grew up with! The mom-and-pop type of place, native Floridian here. The Bayside is Clean, with comfortable beds, microwave, iron, hair dryer, fridge, and two burner stove top, with pots and pans and dishes! A great little marina, with a good dock fishing. The marina attached is a great place to have a drink and dinner and watch the sun go down at one of the picnic tables, or maybe cook a steak at one of the grills. We loved it here, nice clean pool.

The hotel is excellent, well-located, clean, and offers many fun options! The owners are very attentive, and one of them showed us one of the renovated rooms! The new rooms will be of a 5-star hotel standard, with wooden floors, brand new cabinets, a new kitchen, and the best part: the bathroom!!! I can't wait to see the complete renovation, which, according to him, will be finished in a maximum of 3 months, and the entire hotel will be renovated.

The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. I enjoyed sitting by the pool. The staff were friendly and attentive. It was quiet even with the location on the busy Gulf Blvd. The room was clean and comfortable.

The bed was a little soft and bouncy for my taste, but I slept fine. The shower never got hot, but it was warm enough. The fridge was VERY cold...which is good and bad. I had frozen soda (luckily, they didn't burst) but I also had cold beer!

The location is great in walking distance to the beach and so much more. The staff is friendly and got us checked in quick. The room was spacious and clean, had a small kitchenette, although we didn't use it. A comfy king size bed. I thought maybe because we were on the main road it would be noisy but it is a quiet place and I definitely look forward to staying again it's absolutely worth it. Simple Beach motel.

The property is a little dated but other than that for a room so close to the beach and such a great location it was worth it.

Great room, clean, nice owners, great location. A no frills, nicely kept hotel across from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. A very good value for the money.

The air conditioners were older and noisy, but were adequate, the shower handle wad worn out and took a little figuring out to get it right, and the water in the pool was actually hot

Roon was clean and inviting. They had a sitting deck over looking the pool. A block from the beach. A boat dock behind us. Could not hear neighbors through the walls like at some places I have stayed. The kitchen area was just enough for a short stay.

The only issue we had was with the toilet. Could not flush after every use. Had to wait quite awhile for the tank to fill up.

The first 3 nights of our stay we had no one next to us. The walls were thin and and they were in and out of the room until after 2 am each night you could hear music and the doors . making it difficult to sleep

The room was very nice. The staff were very friendly. The property was very well maintained.

There was a couple at the end of the balcony that appeared to have issues. They were loud and argumentative. I complained to staff on the first night and was assured they would be gone but they were still there when we checked out 2 days later.

It was clean and we had a boat slip for our boat

I didn’t like that you can only have one parking space and there are no parking spaces for visitors. I had 3 friends I had invited on our boat but tried looking for parking for over 2 hours. The cost of parking next door was about $40 for the first 2 hours then $10 every hour…
