I've been staying at the property for several years.

Overnight parking for an extra car is now $50.00 per night. That's more than is acceptable for the market. Two cappuccinos with a single shot of Bailys was $27.00 and barely filled the cup. Breakfast at the restaurant was so-so. I've eaten many meals on property and I have always been happy with the quality. I am one of the least cost sensitive guests but it made me question as to whether management has now put revenue over a positive guest experience. I'm now in a recently completed resort in Clearwater and these items are less expensive here. Even the guests who can afford the cost don't want to feel taken taken advantage of.

Room was very nice. Loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the nights. The Pool area had plenty of lounges and umbrellas, plus food/beverage service. Beach was nice, though a bit of a walk to(more than I'm used to). After, seeing, it's a Sea Turtle nesting area, I'm more than happy to walk further :) . When we arrived 4 hours early, gentleman in the parking lot, directed us where to go, met us and escorted us to the front desk. They said our room was READY and we could check in! He took us up, gave us some restaurant ideas, told us about fresh cookies from 4-6 in lobby. Totally enjoyed our stay and interaction with everyone we encountered or dealt with. Had a Great Time. Great Place.

Missed cleaning room one day. We never left for pool/beach before 11 am, so could have been our bad.

We loved the staff, overall cleanliness was exceptional. Our room had an an amazing gulf front view and balcony with rocking chairs and small table. Plenty of comfy seating in the living room and large TV. Kitchen was very handy, nicely equipped and seating for 4. The bedroom was very spacious and had 2 queen beds which were amazingly comfortable with great pillows. Our room had one of the prettiest bathrooms with a wonderful spa-like feel. It was also spacious, allowing 2 people to get ready at once. Poolside service was great, even down to the young man handing out towels and helping us with the gate when our hands were full. The beach was very nicely maintained.

The restaurant food was good but not great. Except for our morning cappuccinos which honestly were some of the best we ever had.

Great hotel for families. Excellent location with everything in walking distance. Directly on beach, great food and excellent service. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Especially John! He was always smiling and had great recommendations. We live in Florida so getting around is not a problem however for a family flying in from out of town, this is a great place to stay with literally everything you need in walking distance. Restaurants, Publix, Walgreens etc.

They were so friendly and accommodating! I arrived before check in time due to an early flight. They allowed me to check in without hesitation and the suite was so clean, comfortable and modern. Every staff member we encountered throughout our stay always greeted us and it was so welcoming. I didn’t book an oceanfront room, but our balcony did allow a view of the gulf and the pool area. We used the pool, hot tub, restaurant (breakfast & lunch) and room service (breakfast) and all were great. We even received turndown service with chocolates on our pillows one evening.

I loved everything about the property other than the than the choice of music in the pool area. But I know that’s the vibe they’re going for- it’s just not my taste in music.

My family and I visited the resort to celebrate my 40th!! We didn’t have the breakfast but had dinner. The burger and the habanero BBQ wings were both great!! I was absolutely pleased with everything I must say from checking in until checking out . All the staff were sooo accommodating and helpful! Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels…the ambiance of the resort was perfect, exactly what I was looking for! Room had a full kitchen and large cozy sectional couch. Very spacious! The beach and pool were very relaxing & private Enjoyed our stay Tuesday until Friday! Highly recommend going during the week , it was more quiet and not so busy ! Downtown St.Petersburg was interesting! There’s plenty to do! we visited the new pier . Watching the sunset from the balcony at the resort was breathtaking♥️

Only thing I didn’t like was having to leave🥺wish we could have stayed longer….

Beautiful property; rooms spacious; clean. Kitchenette; great balconies. The hotel is a good walk to the beach. The people who work there super nice. The pool is small and not that relaxing with footballs whizzing by your head. You see a lot of poor parenting or no parenting I should say. Saw a couple women almost duke it out over one of the women almost hit a 2 year old in the face

The room was wonderful with beautiful views and it was quiet. We ate at the BRGR restaurant which was expensive but delicious. The staff were all friendly and they made sure we always had whatever we needed. The only part that was just okay was the pool area, since it is a bit small, but this did not matter as much to us. This was an excellent place to stay!

This is a beautiful property right on the beach at treasure island. Absolutely gorgeous and definitely more upscale! We were welcomed by a very friendly front desk , I believe her name was Casey and she was amazing. It was our wedding anniversary so we were surprised by a nice bottle of champagne and some delicious chocolate strawberries. Also she upgraded our room from a regular suit to a 2 bedroom suit which was so absolutely amazing as our little baby girl got to have her own room and OMG the view we got… with that corner balcony it was spot on for sunset watching! I just wish we could’ve stayed a bit longer.

Some restaurant and front desk staff could’ve been better, but we all know how hard it is to find good employees these days.
