When I entered my gulf-view unit, the view took my breath away. Water views as far as the eye can see. The unit was absolutely spotless and had all the amenities I needed — full kitchen, linens, toiletries. Pool and hot tub — both heated and working — were a bonus. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Publix supermarket right up the road! I loved everything about this property!

Could have used more items in kitchen, mainly serving bowls. Our unit had only one. Hooks on bathroom door would be nice, as would beach chairs and/or umbrellas.

Our room was located on the 5th floor and had spectacular views of the gulf from the balcony. I loved that both the living room and the master bedroom had balcony access. The unit was clean upon arrival and was very modern. The size of the unit accommodated us and our children perfectly. The pool was great and helped to cool us down on the high temperature days.

I cut my foot on the door sill multiple times because it was such a high step up and out onto the balcony. The sheets were not very soft, unpleasant to the touch. I would recommend a higher thread count sheet to improve guest satisfaction.

This is my 3rd time staying at this property. Obviously, I really like the property and location. Front Desk person was great. Forgot her name. I stayed on the bay side which is beautiful. Right across the street from the beach/ocean. Close to Publix and restaurants and beach bars.

This isn't a bad thing but when I book my room, I did not request a handicap room. When I arrived that is the room I was given. It was a nice room but a little tired and defiantly not as well kept as the other rooms I've stayed in.

Great location for us traveling as a family with young kids - beach access across the street, quiet at night, not far from restaurants and shops. Staff was very friendly and accommodating!

As others have mentioned, cleanliness was not the strongest here. At surface level everything looked clean. Floors definitely need a thorough mop, corners need vacuuming, dishes need a good clean, and the dishwasher needs some maintenance.

The unit was exceptional! Clean and spacious. More than enough amenities for our time there. Close to beach (across the street). The unit is an end unit which added to the quiet! We preferred this site as there were only 17 units compared to their additional site directly across the street which could be busier at more popular times of the year. We have already shared this information with friends who are hoping to rent there in spring. I would stay there as my first choice in the future! Great views to sit on the balcony and observe!!

There was nothing that I would say we were dissatisfied with. Staff we dealt with were exceptionally helpful and friendly. There was nothing to complain about!!!

Everything was luxury! Lady who checked us in was very warm hearted and lovely. Loved the apartment, so clean, very high standard of decor and facilities. Fantastic location across road from the sea, we watched the best sunrise across the bay, amaizing pools to use...just perfect for us to have a break with our teenage son. Thank you Provident Oceania for a special stay x

What's not to like! All 1st class

VIEWS AMAZING AS WELL AS THE OCEAN SOUNDS FROM FRONT BEDROOM AND LIVING AREA...... condo very clean with very comfy beds ..decks nice to sit on and relax and great that both pools can be accessed on ocean and gulf side. views honestly great from both sides on condo walking distance to some restaurants and grocery store..

Would have been nice if the condo had beach chairs and a small cooler...had to pay for beach chairs every day we went to beach... also, could not access any apps on the tv for night time. its not a smart tv, very old... not a deal breaker, but would have been nice.

The staff were GREAT! We ran into significant travel delays and I messaged the staff to make them aware we would be arriving several hours after check-in closed. They were awesome and arranged for us to pickup our keys at another of their hotels. So easy...they had everything ready for us so we could just collapse when we got to our room. Location is fantastic...easy 8 min walk on the sidewalk to food, beach wear, souvenirs, etc. Our room faced the ocean and had fantastic views, easy beach access, and even a rooftop lounge. Our stay was great! We will stay here again.

We didn't have anything come up that we could be the least bit critical of. We didn't want a resort...we wanted something quiet, away from the crowds, but close enough we could walk to get what we need. This place was it for us...and so thankful we found it.

We loved the location and how we could use the facilities at both units. We chose a premium room on the bay side for the morning sun and the dolphins. For sunset we went to the rooftop of the ocean side unit. They have seating and a restroom. We did the same for the pools. It was great...

My only complaint would be that they didn't clean the room the entire time we were there. They had signs in the bathroom that said the rooms would be cleaned every two days. When we asked the manager, they said that they only clean the rooms for 5 day stays or longer . We were there for 6 days...

We were across the street, just a short walk from the beach. The beach was not crowded, and extremely enjoyable! The condo had a nice kitchen area so we could make breakfast for our family of six. The two bedrooms and bathrooms offered plenty of space. The reception staff was amazing!! So easy to work with including being very responsive to questions/request via chat ahead of time.

The elevator was offline one day due to maintenance, and then down off/on another day.
