I loved the location of the hotel right in front of the beach. In addition, they have a waffle house next door that is perfect if you go with the family and children to have breakfast and continue to the beach, the only thing you should keep in mind is that on booking.com it says that parking is included and at the hotel you They charge an additional $16 per night for parking.

Apparently, according to some reviews, there are rooms not as nice as ours, but our room was comfortable, quiet, and very clean, with a nice view of the marina. We saw kitchen cabinets in the photos and assumed they had silverware, but there's none, fyi. The staff was friendly and very helpful with area information. The location is also great, with a Waffle House next door, John's Pass Village and several bars and restaurants nearby. Note: The beach is almost across the street, but the stretch of sand is very wide, so if you have children and are carrying bags, chairs, a cooler etc, beware: the water it's not as close as it seems, and it will be a long walk in the hot sun:)

There was no remote control for the TV in our room, and we only got one the following night. We normally dont watch much tv, but a tornado touched down in Largo that day, and we wanted to follow the news and weather forecast. Not a big deal, but they should have extra ones just in case. The towels are very scratchy. It would be nice to slowly replace them with better quality.

It was the cheapest I could find that was a few minute walk away from the beach. No bugs found, thats a plus. I like the full-size mirrors on the closet doors. The king size bed was big in pretty comfortable.

As soon as you walk in the building is smells moldy. The doors are about an inch open at the bottom so any bugs or critters can crawl in ( note I didn’t see any bigs at all) and you hear everything outside of the door. People running down the hallway, peoples conversations peoples TVs. My room smells like smoke. Even though I got a non-smoking room. The pillowcases on my bed were dirty, but the front desk staff did get new cases for me, even though housekeeping had gone for the day. The pool was very cloudy and unclean. I tried to wait until early morning before anyone got in to go to the pool, but it was cloudy. You have to pay $16 a day for parking.

Having stayed here multiple times for years in the past, I knew the property’s amenities. But, This time no breakfast, was offered at all - even tho it is still advertised. (Even during Covid, there were small bags to go with a muffin, juice, etc) Tiki bar closed up at 10:30pm on a Saturday night. Really disappointing. Mandatory “resort fees” (for pool towels, etc.) even if you don’t use any of the facilities. Should be disclosed how much the fee is & that it is mandatory. Palm trees & shrubs need to be trimmed by the pool, they are blocking the beautiful view from “view rooms” that are charged more for it & making a mess from falling debris in the pool & hot tub water.

Location. View. Pet Friendly. Nice pool and hot tub open 24/7. It was fun and we met some real nice people. Right next door to a Waffle House. Rooftop bar and bartender is the manager Amanda.

They authorized my car being towed. I had the parking pass in the window, but a sun shade blocked the view. So at 2:30 am staff member Jacklyn Douglas authorized the tow company to tow my car. Did not bother to check that my car was registered with the hotel. I had to Uber to the tow company and pay tow fees. Not cheap. Manager Amanda Austin made it right and gave us an extra night.

The location is great. It's a little walk to the ocean but even the hotels that are on the ocean side, it's still a walk bc the beach is very long prior to the water. Everything you'd need is also in walking distance (food, gas station store, bank, etc) as well. The room cost we got was well below the average going rates and the room was big, clean and well maintained overall. We hope to visit for a short vacation soon again!

Housekeeping knocking on the door a little over a hour (about 1hr and 20min before 11am check out) prior to check out time. Took away our last 15min of sleep before we had to get up to get ready and in a not great way to wake up. But it didn't take away from the entire experience... just wish we could've slept more.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable - the balcony and view were great. Amenities such as the coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave were very useful - the in-room Keurig was especially a bonus. The location was good for walking to other places of interest

Given the recent circumstances due to the storms/hurricanes and the damage the entirety of Treasure Island sustained there was nothing to not like. It was an absolute joy to be able to enjoy the area once again.

The location is near a lot of places but it has a waffle house next door and q Dunkin donut. Tiffany I believe that was her name very welcoming with a smile .

I don't like that it was dirty under the air conditioner. The bathroom tub was chip. There was a weird creepy guy painting and on his phone on Saturday afternoon ..they shouldnt be renovating in front of guess. The beds were comfortable but the room need a better ventilation the smell of mildew from the air conditioner was to strong ..for the price that we pay for our stay it should include free breakfast ..the pool was a little bit dirty. Trash on the parking lot and inside the pool..

This was a laid-back, friendly, and reasonably priced motel. It’s clean and casual. Enjoyed the pool and the pool-side bar. Easy walking distance to everything. Waffle House next door, Sloppy Joe’s, and a good Cuban Sandwich place nearby, as well as a Publix. This was our 2nd stay here (we came back)!

No parking for our local family to park when they came to visit us at the motel. No breakfast offering.

Staff was amazing. Especially Lauren at the front desk. She was always very helpful. She worked much of the weekend including a back to back shift and still kept a smile on her face. She even offered to let us use her umbrella for our beach day. You do not find genuine caring service like this frequently and it was very much appreciated. Even though we work for a major branded hotel and typically stay at one of those locations due to the significant employee discount when we are in the St. Pete area we will always choose to stay here moving forward.
