The apartment was ample big enough for the 3 adults and teenage daughter. Beds were a little soft but comfortable, the lounge area had plenty of seating. The kitchen facilities lacked some basics and there were a couple of chipped glasses and dodgy cupboard hinges. No kettle so had to boil water in a pan for a morning cuppa. WiFi and TV’s were great. Would have really loved a safe to store valuables whilst out for the day. The location is awesome, 5 minutes walk to the gorgeous white sandy beach, the views across the inlet to watch the sunrise were fabulous. We took breakfast outside every morning, so peaceful and an awesome way to kick start our day. Allocated parking space. Pool was good to cool off at the end of the day. Could do either a little bit of a clean. Publix is a 5 minutes walk and a bit further are some plenty of restaurants. Try Middle Ground for amazing fish menu. St John’s Pass is a 10min drive and should be on anyone’s list to visit This property was in a great location but could do either a little bit of tlc to improve it. Nothing stopped us having a great stay to explore the area.

Would have liked a safe deposit book; several kitchen cupboards need rehanging as did one in the main en-suite. Few more basic kitchen utensils and a clothes airer for hanging wet swim kit on your dry.

Everything is perfect: location, size, room. Just a few mins by step from the beautiful beach. Quiet and nice place. Property is clean, neat, well maintained. I didn’t expect to see that there is literally everything you need for vacation: towels, beach chairs, even a cart to bring all stuff to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped. Internet is high speed and has no issues. A/C works perfectly. I enjoyed my stay a lot. It was above and beyond my expectations!

Our unit had plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 children. The walk from the unit to the beach access is very short (the beach is very wide at this spot though, so that walk could be difficult for some people). The ocean is beautiful clear emerald water, my kids loved snorkeling with fish around them. There is a Publix very close to the unit.

The showers could have been cleaned a little better, and the shower heads weren't great, but it wasn't so bad to impact our stay negatively.

The unit was bigger and better than expected. The location was across the street from the beach and walking distance to some nice restaurants. The kitchen was great. The backside of the property is on a canal. It's beautiful. Has 3 docks for fishing , a pool, and a large grill.

A cleaning crew came to my room one morning by mistake. My wife was startled as they opened the front door. Honest and understandable mistake.

Easy to get to beach. Backs onto the marina for a lovely change in aspect when you want. Close to supermarket and local bars. Lovely large well appointed apartment. Didn't use pool but it looked clean and inviting. Owner also very friendly and helpful, even got us to an excursion (pictured) that we were going to miss due to Lyft/Uber let downs.

Didn't have a balcony overlooking the beach with butler service 🤷😄

Their 2 bedroom apt. was awesome. Our only hardship-was the elevators were out of service. The pool needed a skimmer - the net was in poor shape so debris floated on the top of the pool water. There deck was beautiful. Nice to sit on the harbor side and relax.

Just the pool could’ve been cleaner. And it would’ve been nice to have four chairs by the tables next to the window, looking out on the harbor in the room.

Overall, a nice unit. Simply needs some attention to detail.

THE ELEVATOR was not working. I am disabled and stairs are difficult for me. There were a few items that could have been supplied or needed to be replaced. Kitchen SCISSORS are rusty and nasty. UTENSILS are minimal. COFFEE! You could at least supply coffee for more than one pot. Even the prepackaged kind with sugar and creamer. LIGHTS! There was one lamp with no bulb at all. Your instruction sheet states to bring sheets and towels to office and to sweep the floor. Why is this not included? We paid a cleaning fee.

Great spacious 3rd floor corner 2 bedroomed apartment. Huge bed in the main bedroom. Kitchen well equipped. Lounge area perfect size for a family. Shower pressure great. Pool lovely. Perfect location for Treasure Island and St Pete's Beach. Publix within walking distance. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Pool a little gritty due to sand but not the end of the world.

Quaint, comfortable, clean, and everything you need is within walking distance.

Parking is tight. Rented a large SUV due to family of 4 and large amount of luggage. Couldn’t fit into parking space assigned. Called management to advise of situation and never got a call back from the to address. Had to catch a maid during business hours because within the first day there was a notice on the car to have it towed. We worked it out but still could have been avoided had management listened to voicemail and called back.

Loved the location and convenience when it came to seeing the fireworks! It was minutes from the beach, quiet, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was a nice seating area in the back with views of the water where we spotted dolphins playing. The property manager was also very responsive and office staff was friendly.

There were a lot of dead bugs in the pool so it could have used a morning/daily comb through with a net for upkeep.
