Rooms were nice and newly renovated, with great views, and our condo had a parking spot. Beds were comfy and happy there were 4 chairs on the patio. Also very strict about the turtles.

There are no paper towels in the kitchen. Would be nice if there was a mini dishwasher since there isn't much space to wash and try dishes. All minor but would elevate the experience that much more. Being a vacation designer, these are the tiny details that can elevate a vacationers experience. Last but not least, it would be nice to have a full body mirror in the room.

Great view from the balcony. The beach was perfect and not too crowded. Room was nice and had a few things to use at the beach, like umbrella and chairs and floaties and toys. We were in Room 414. There were nice chairs on the balcony also. The pool was nicer than we expected - 8 ft deep! The tiki bar at the pool was convenient for drinks.

When I checked in, I was told I had to pay an additional fee - the taxes - that the hotel says my booking company did not include. (I used Booking.com) I'm not sure who to hold accountable for that miscommunication, but it's pretty disappointing to get there and get charged more than was advertised.

Our room was lovely. It was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy. The view right on the beach was wonderful and the sunsets spectacular.

There was construction in the lobby area but it really didn’t bother us. The staff was great. We had a couple small issues and they immediately took care of it.

Loved the ocean view and Tiki bar. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Good location. Met a lot of guests who keep coming back every year!

The hotel itself looks old but could not beat the price for an ocean view room!

We loved how our whole family was able to stay in the penthouse together. There was so much room and loved we had plenty of bathrooms. The beach being in walking distance was super nice. The resort and the beach were so cleaned. We loved the resort, and everyone was super sweet. Love we could rent chairs and other stuff. We would stay again.

Wish we had a balcony so we could sit out at night when the kids were sleeping. The main bedroom, the ceiling fan, didn't work, so it was hot in there.. The bedroom next to the big bedroom, if we wanted the light on, we had screw the light bulb back in. It was a pain

We loved the location and spectacular ocean views. We also really enjoyed the tiki bar by the pool, and the ability to rent a beach cabana on days when we needed a little shade. The room was spacious and well laid out. It also provided any kitchen item we could have needed. The bathroom was a good size and the dressing area just outside of the shower room was also quite convenient.

While the size of this bed is great, the mattress was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. I've slept on pull out couches more comfortable than this mattress, and it really made for unpleasant rest. I would hesitate staying in this unit if getting a good night's sleep is important. A simple mattress upgrade by the owner would make this a spectacular room, and well worth a stay.

Room #411 was nice... ocean front room! Great view from balcony. Full kitchenette.

$50 for a 1 hour late checkout.We didn't arrive till midnight and just needed more time. Pool and Pool bar are great BUT the pool is like a Hot tub..Way to Hot ..It was 95 degrees outside and the pool was 100°..Turn the heat off!! Haha I dove in and thought it would be refreshing after sweating after laying out...i Thought I dove into a hot pot of soup. It was uncomfortable and not refreshing at all ..we told the maintenance guy and front desk and they said it was from the sun lol..well the pool down the street was in the sun and only 78 degrees. Nice condo/ hotel tho😁

We had Ocean view, executive King which apparently is updated versus just Ocean view King. Loved the view, so nice to hear the sounds of the waves. Overhead fan creates nice airflow. Large fridge in galley kitchen, pool was cold so didn’t swim, literally steps from big beach, plenty of parking. Thankfully they did not charge additional resort fees or parking fees. We believe these excess fees are frivolous and stayed here for this reason.

Bed frame underneath is broken. Couldn’t figure out why we were sinking at the head of bed. So, we slept with our heads at foot of bed. We’ve never had to do that before, but it worked great and we slept well. Shower faucet/diverter needs attention, low pressure may be because diverter not working properly. We drank bottled water only. The water has a sulphur smell which maid said is the entire area. We adjusted. Kitchen has a washcloth and dish soap. No spices or S/P, paper towel or sponge 🧽 so bring your own. Lastly, room is not the light one shown w/red roses. Different decor.

The view was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in room 605 (executive suite), which had plenty of room. Quiet area of the street, so it was peaceful. For the money, it was well worth it. Staff were great. Location was minutes from everywhere. Beach was right out the back door. Tiki bar was very convenient with a friendly bartender. Ample parking. It's an older building, but they seem to be making modern updates (especially following the hurricanes). Desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

Ultra soft bed... my wife loved it. I'm not a fan. TV and cable were dated (circa 2008).

The staff was very friendly and went out of there to get us wht ever we needed. We were kind of weary at first because of past reviews. We get there and it was nothing like in past comments. Hot water all the time we was in room 601. Very clean nice location oceanview . Love the new color it was just a awesome place. Give island inn resort 20 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ The owner gets thumbsdown👎

I didn't like the fact the owner called and told them whoever was in parking #8 would have to move because they was having a car delivered. The staff told them that guest (us) was parked there the owner said we would have to move like really owner thts how you feel about your guest and after we moved there was no car there as of today when we left like really owner wow😡
