Rm 31. It was clean, beds were amazing (If you like Firm beds). Everything was new! We actually had to set up the TV because no one had used it yet. Pool was clean, outside area was clean & secure. Only 2 slight down falls, probably because they are new/upgrading. We only had a small bathroom trash can, no broom to sweep up sand and there was no microwave. I could have asked but we only stayed for 1 night. People staying any amount of time definitely need a microwave. It was a pleasant over night stay. Staff also very pleasant and helpful. Reception area was even secure.

Needs: larger trash can in kitchen area, broom & dust pan and microwave. Wants: move TV more center of room. Push down "closet" and place chairs and tables near the door or under TV. Hard to watch a movie as a group from laying in bed.

Very nice staff , clean rooms and the area was great walking distance to the beach and restaurants around

support while checking in was excellent. allowed us to park in lot in advance and check-in was advanced 2 hours. very pleased with service. location was good , and as advertised. comfortable and lots of room

no dishes , pots , cutlery, etc, in kitchenette, everything had to be requested. however, once requested we were able to get most everything we needed.

the hotel's location was great, it compensated for some of the inconveniences, but also the swimming pool was great, very well-equipped, lots of sunbeds, clean, shower and grill. I had a nice place to relax next to the grill. Very friendly staff, free parking next to the hotel.

I booked 3 rooms for our family. I love that the beach was just across from the street. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. It was a short 1 night stay for us. Staff was amazing and friendly. Front desk Marie was so helpful and nice. We got there early, and she allowed us to check-in early. Our kiddos enjoyed the pool even though the pool is not heated :-). It would be nicer if the it is a heated pool.

The only negative that I didn't like was the door to the bathroom was kind of broken. I couldn't close the door :-)

The rooms were spotless and looked as though they were newly updated. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location is amazing for Madeira beach (over the road) and johns pass (20 min walk) with local bars and stores within 2 mins walk also.

The check in process was a little long and you were only allowed into reception one booking at a time can be painful when you’re standing in the heat.

Location was great. Pool area was big enough to accommodate several families. Table and chairs outside each room for comfort and socializing. The room was sooo clean. There extra pillows and blankets already in the room. Couch had pillows. Everything in the worked from the remote, lamps, and microwave/fridge. Plenty of seating area inside the room for guests during the day coming back from the beach. Staff was so nice especially with our late arrival/checkin.

The parking was located in the back around like a u-turn. Very difficult to navigate from the checkin entrance.

Clean pool and pool area. 3 min walk to beach public access. I like the different mix of people. Right next to The Reef which has a great breakfast, lucnh, dinner and late night menu, plus the BEST bloody mary on the beach. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Anthony the checkin guy was awesome! Answered all our questions and was very helpful. Don't know when the poor guy sleeps as we saw him late into the night and bright and early the next morning

You can tell this is an older motel that has been updated. Checkin area is small, so only one person can be in the office at a time, the rest have to stand outside. But outside the office was covered. It's a little difficult pulling in to checkin as the front area is very small. It would help if there were signs out front letting people know the parking is in the rear. We arrived when there were three or four people checking in so it was a bit congested.

The staff was amazing Anthony was great very helpful and always willing to help also when the battery died on my car one of the staff members didn’t hesitate to help and give us a jump also the boss man also was helpful and accommodating

Great place to stay, great price, next to a great restaurant, and a short walk across the street to the beach! We will definitely stay again in the future!

If Holiday Isle Resort was located directly on the beach and free to stay there that is the only thing that could have made it better. I was overall very pleased!
