Just spent five nights here . Three of us , we didn’t want to leave .We were on the 4th floor and knew the elevator may not be working . luckily it was repaired right before we got there . It quit working momentarily ,one night but was running by morning. We actually reserved the bigger double queen room and were given the smaller one . I knew the entire hotel was booked by then and the smaller room was fine , however, they did refund me the price difference when I made them aware of the error . We loved the balcony facing the ocean ,the full size fridge ,and the pool . We didn’t cook but could have if we needed to . The room had dishes for four ,all the basic pots and pans , dish soap , regular coffee maker ,like a Mr. Coffee type . You will need to bring paper towels . We never made it to the grab and go breakfast, but it looked like they had granola bars ,yogurt ,oatmeal ,muffins and coffee .Thats what was left when I saw it . loved the two recliners ,the pool, the beach . I brought our own beach stuff ,but they did have pool noodles and a few random chairs you could borrow . We were glad to have a safe in our room and used it every day . I think the highlight of our stay had to be the “ no kids “ policy! Woo hoo ! we love ‘em ,but a pool with no screaming or splashing is a whole ‘nother level of relaxation;)

only thing we didn’t like was the lock on our balcony door did not have a functional lock , but since we were on the fourth floor ,it was pretty unlikely someone would climb onto our balcony and break in . And would have been nice if the room had newer flooring instead of carpet just because without daily maid service it was a pain to sweep the carpet every day ,just to keep the room neat .

Adult only hotel and location to everything including John's Pass Hotel is Right On the beach you can walk from hotel to water. Rooms have nice kitchen areas. And king sizes comfortable beds too. Very clean..

From the moment we walked in the door, everything was superb. From the cleanliness of the room to the amazing view from our balcony. The staff explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. Continental breakfast was great, just enough to hold you over until lunch time snack. Providing beach towels to your guest was a great touch. You also had full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower.

We took our luggage up to our room on one of your carts, thank you for having those. We had just gotten everything unloaded, the door closed behind us and there was a very loud KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK, more like pounding our door down. it was Lisa the cleaning lady. She said, "is this your cart?". Yes, we just got our luggage off of it. "Well I can't get my cleaning cart by, it's in the way". Ok, I can move it to the elevator. "NO , I guess I can do it (with an attitude).

We've been coming for almost 10 years now and the accommodations are excellent staff is very friendly rooms are just right for us

The only thing that was a little annoying was placement of beach towels on chairs with no one using them some were even down on beach for most of day sitting and then came back and picked up their towels and went to room

The pool was wonderful as was the view from our room. Lots of seating in the pool area. Staff were very friendly. Liked that it was adults only.

Still some work to be done, which we totally expected. It was a bit noisy when they were working on the beach and patio wall area.. this is temporary as they are still recovering from hurricanes.

Jeanne was wonderful. Friendly, answered all our questions, very helpful. A pleasure to work with. Cant wait til next uear Very clean facilities. Everyone on your staff was friendly and . We couldn't have been any happier wirh the facilities Perry from Snellville, Ga.

This was my husband and I first time staying on this property. It was ok at when we first got there that night. However, the next morning, we woke up to water all over our floor. The guest next door accidentally flooded their room and it leaked all over our room. When I called to inform the front desk as to what was going on, were quick in solving the problem as well as rectifying the situation. They also moved us to a much better room for the remainder of our stay. The staff was great. Even the maintenance man that showed right up to get all the water up from the floor. We will definitely give this resort another try in the near future.

The location was wonderfull. In front of the beach with access directly to the beach. The water of the the beach was warm and calm, no waves. it looks like a big pool. The room is good with a balcony with the ocean view. The breakfast served in the lobby is simple but the room has a kitchen with everything to prepare your own breakfast and there is a Publix Market few minutes by car. The Hotel is not a luxury hotel but the price is very cheaper in comparison to resorts nearby. It is perfect to people who wants stay in a place and prepare your own meals, but if you do not want to do, there is some restaurants around.

For people like me and my wife, who usually have dinner a litlle late at night, be aware because restaurants nearby closes early 09:00-10:00 PM. But, in fact, this not a big problem.

It very clean room, the staff was very friendly and we needed something the staff was help immediately! We had a beach view, amazing sunset and sunrise views. I never been to Tampa or clear water this was an amazing experience. Me and my wife will come back.

Right on the beach. Plenty of seating on hotel property plus umbrella rental for those who want to be directly on the sand. There is a small but very nice swimming pool plus corn hole and shuffle board. I like that there were no children at the resort. It is a quiet adults-only resort; the clientele seemed to be from middle-aged to early retirees. It is NOT a raucous party place. Nothing fancy, but the rooms are very well equipped with small kitchenettes. All rooms have balconies, but there are also cozy recliners in the rooms so that one can lay back and look at the Gulf through the sliding glass doors while remaining in the cool or AC.

All was fine. The continental breakfast was OK but nothing special.
