Beach front property owners are extremely friendly this was my second time my happy beach getaway many local people have returned here all the comforts of home on the beach the location great many food restaurants close by in walking distance park the car and enjoy yourself I added. Pictures but the room also has a pull out sofa bed

I think kitchen needs some pans for oven cooking / food trays if you’re going to bbq or cook indoors but that’s a small upgrade recommendation and maybe send us a email with vacation stay rates and specials so we can return. Property is always booked for times we would love to return overall. I really love this location. And can’t wait to return

It was obviously an older facility, but they have made many updates! The rooms are basically one bedroom apartments and were very cozy. There are still updates that need to be done, but it was very clean and comfortable.

There was only one TV. My family and I usually fall asleep with the TV on and there was no way to do that due to the only TV being in the living room. The mattresses and futon were very firm and we normally sleep on soft mattresses.

The property was right on the beach with the softest sand ever! The property was pretty much a one bedroom condo and had a big fridge and little stove for food and a little living room, so cute! Would love to go back again. Has some beach shops and food right across the street.

it was a little out dated with furniture and definitely needs some updated electrical work but other than that was perfect for my mom and son who stayed there for the weekend. Also there’s no everyday housekeeping, you only get new towels everyday but didn’t really need the housekeeping services everyday.

The beds weren't very comfortable and rolled away from the headboard when you tried to sit up. Pillows were too flat. It's not a big deal, but I wish the fridge was bigger.

It’s so relaxing and close to the ocean! The rooms are very clean. The whole atmosphere is relaxing and breathtaking. The pool is very nice for kids and family. The staff is very helpful and friendly!

There is only one old grill that only had a few knobs working. But it would be perfect if there was eventually a newer grill.

The location was absolutely perfect The View was beautiful the owner Ted was extraordinary and he did a fantastic job with helping us with our air conditioning problem we will definitely be back

I really don't think anything could have been better although I do think some of the rooms need updated air conditioning or central air that's the only thing I could possibly say

Everything, property is well kept, nicely landscaped and the room was very clean. loved how friendly and informative the office manager is. Location is good and nice places to eat within easy walking distance.

Parking is a bit tight and having to back out onto the main road, it wasn’t problem because of the lighter traffic in Redington Beach. Its nit picking as we didn’t have any problem coming and going. If I wasn’t driving a big pickup truck, there would have been no problem at all.
