Friendly and eager to please staff. Spacious rooms.

Kitchen was lacking some basic equipment like salad spoons knives were so dull. I was upsold for a balcony but it turns out every unit has a balcony anyway I’m not sure if this is this property‘s fault or Booking.com but I paid extra for something I didn’t need . Hot tub was broken, but given the state of Indian Shores right now with the hurricanes it’s really difficult to get maintenance done in this area. I feel sorry for the residence here so I don’t blame the property for this hot tub not working they’re doing their best.

We have stayed here 2X’s on vacation and we love the location. The facility is always nice and clean.

- The apartment was extremely spacious. - Very nicely designed & decorated. - Amazing views from the balconies. - Very well equipped kitchen. - Free parking. - Amazing facilities - there's a game room, jacuzzi, pool. Pool and jacuzzi are heated :) We visited during Florida's cold spell when it was around 5 degreed Celsius, so we really appreciated the HEATED pools. - The location is PERFECT. Is right by the beach & the beach is amazing, white sand, huge sea shells... This whole area of Florida was just dreamy.

It was conveniently located just a short walk to the beach. It was tastefully decorated & had dishes, silverware & glassware for 4. There was a microwave, small refrigerator, coffeemaker & toaster. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was huge & had a big soaker tub plus walk in shower. The view was overlooking the intracoastal waterway. The staff was very friendly & the manager was amazing!

The hot tub was not working (it was hot but the jets were not working.)

Perfect location, view of the causeway was fresh and interesting and the walk to the beach was very easy and convenient. The room was exceptionally clean, the service was top-shelf and the personell were very freindly and accomodating

I did not think the mattress was as firm as I would have liked it. The full size bed was a little crowded for the two of us, we did not use the other bed. A king or queen would have been much better but I did not research what other rooms were available. I think ours was the last vacant room for that time period. It did not distract from the comfort of the overall experience. I would gladly go backto this beautiful resort!

It was a beautiful facility. Very nicely furnished, good location, excellent and personable service by staff. Great location within walking distance to beach and restaurants.

The facility required a $10 per day fee for a beach chair. 9 day stay x 2 chairs x $10 would have been $180. If you plan to spend a lot of time at the beach, and you fly in it is cheaper to buy to chairs and leave them than rent!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The room and facilities was superb and we'll hope to visit again in the near future. The beach was only a 5 minute walk, the room was big and spacious. We had a great view of the sea inlet with the view's of sun rise in the morning. We had the opportunity to see some wildlife an eagle, some dolphins and manatees. The location was in a very nice quiet area away from busy beach towns which we really liked. The beach was very nice and good for families especially for the kids to play.

The floor was a little dirty upon arrival, but the staff were happy to clean this for us.

Legacy is convenient to the beach the rooms are large beds are comfy kitchen is sufficient for making family meals. The grounds are clean and all the staff are friendly and very polite

The only thing i dont like there is you only get plate ware and silverware for 4 people we have family we go there to see have to use plasticware. This year i brought my own silverware

Spacious rooms and good layout. A little chilly in the room but we had control of the temperature. The pool area was nice and comfortable. We used the fireplace outdoors one night and it was lovely. The staff was helpful and efficient.

The minimalist approach to the space which had very few towel bars for wet clothing and towels. We had to put them outside to dry. Not much for wall decor, very sparse pictures nothing much on the walls. We had to figure out the beach access ourselves, but it was not as hard as we thought.

The total staff was up and beyond the call of duty! Friendly, helpful, professional..Honestly there’s not enough adjectives to describe them!! I would definitely consider them on our next visit to the area!! Respectfully; Bill Gaddy

The distance between the rooms to the pool..
