The coffee was great. We liked that the machine made one fresh (and very good) cup at a time. Really enjoyed the biscuits and sausage gravy! Liked that you offered two kinds of sausage and especially liked the scrambled eggs.

We were in room 506. The toilet continued to slowly run and would not completely turn off. We reported it the first morning. When we came back later that afternoon, we couldn't tell if anyone had come in to look at it or try to fix it. It really didn't affect our stay except that we could hear it trickling when we went to bed. Check out was very easy.

It was exceptional, Staff was Friendly and very helpful. I was here the week my son had surgery and i could not have felt more safe and secure coming in after late night at hospital. Sergio & the whole staff pays attention to details. Full Breakfast was wonderful..buffet & tables were super clean. The staff works hard to keep everything clean/sanitized from the rooms to the outside windows/door even the elevator doors you can see your reflection so clean..

There was nothing i didn’t like..

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always had a good experience. The facility is clean and well maintained. As a bonus, they offer a breakfast buffet which we found to be an excellent value.

We did not find any problems with the facility during our visit. At checkout, there was no one on duty, so we dropped our key cards in the appropriate slot at the front desk.

Breakfast was great value! Staff were lovely and chatted every morning. I was there during hurricane Milton so the hotel lost power and water for two days. All things considered the staff were amazing even in such difficult circumstances.

My mattress was getting a bit worn out. Was ok and I still slept very well but was dented.

The bed was super comfy. The bathroom was gorgeous and well equipped. The keurig coffee machine was a sweet surprise! Everything had a professional feel to it. Breakfast option was good but I would have liked to see fresh fruit options (I'm a fruit person).

The pool chairs are a bit rusty. But that's about it

Our shade fell down in our room. The room was clean. The facility was clean. Overall a good. Experience. We would definitely book there again.

Receptionist Kyla- kind and patient. Breakfast was the biggest and the most diverse option ranges. Free coffee all day long. I did not have my IHG info and Kyla spent a great deal of time looking for me. ( no one else was in line) YEAH, rewards !!!

Loved that it was a close drive to the beach, only 10 minutes away from Indian Rocks Beach. Room was a decent size and comfortable.

The pool was disappointing, it was small and cold. There were no pool towels. We asked front desk and they stated they ran out. It was 5 o clock on a Saturday. Definitely need to make sure to have more pool towels, especially on busy holiday weekends.

Coffee all day, breakfast was great,smaller complex easy to navigate

Kids used the hallway and stairs every day playing tag, pretty noisy I accept kids being kids but staff should have seen this and settled things down

This property was very close to the family we were visiting the beds were a little high but so comfortable. The staff very welcoming and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel and we plan to stay there again on are next visit.
