It was exceptional, Staff was Friendly and very helpful. I was here the week my son had surgery and i could not have felt more safe and secure coming in after late night at hospital. Sergio & the whole staff pays attention to details. Full Breakfast was wonderful..buffet & tables were super clean. The staff works hard to keep everything clean/sanitized from the rooms to the outside windows/door even the elevator doors you can see your reflection so clean..

There was nothing i didn’t like..

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always had a good experience. The facility is clean and well maintained. As a bonus, they offer a breakfast buffet which we found to be an excellent value.

We did not find any problems with the facility during our visit. At checkout, there was no one on duty, so we dropped our key cards in the appropriate slot at the front desk.

Breakfast was great value! Staff were lovely and chatted every morning. I was there during hurricane Milton so the hotel lost power and water for two days. All things considered the staff were amazing even in such difficult circumstances.

My mattress was getting a bit worn out. Was ok and I still slept very well but was dented.

Loved that it was a close drive to the beach, only 10 minutes away from Indian Rocks Beach. Room was a decent size and comfortable.

The pool was disappointing, it was small and cold. There were no pool towels. We asked front desk and they stated they ran out. It was 5 o clock on a Saturday. Definitely need to make sure to have more pool towels, especially on busy holiday weekends.

I like how large the rooms were, and how centrally located it was to everything we needed to go to. Appreciated the modern updates, and the breakfast was stellar.

I didn't like that the laundry facility was on the top floor and there was only one. The beds were not the comfiest I've ever slept on, but I am a larger guest.

Everything was up to standards

Ask for an extended checkout cause I was there for a family emergency, which was not granted. One had to check out at 11am. and have a flight till 8: pm that night would have been great if I had that extra time even though I offered to pay for the extra time.

I loved the cleanliness and great service from all of the staff. Breakfast was very yummy as well. Always came back to the beds made and fresh towels.

Wish there was more lighting in the room. Even though the beds were made in the room, I wish they would sweep up. I have a toddler who made a mess with a muffin and when we returned to the room the crumbs were still in the floor.

We had to evacuate for Hurricane Ian. the staff went out of their way to help with all my needs. The housekeeping team was very nice and provided supplies as I needed them. We were kept informed in case of a power outage. This was a pet friendly hotel and it was comforting to see all the evacuees allowed to bring their pets in a crisis situation. I was highly impressed and would stay there again.
