Property was in a great location. It’s not in an extremely busy area compared to its surrounding hotspots. The staff is amazing and willing to help with any of your needs.

The only complaint I have, for the price it cost to stay I would expect the common amenities in the room to be in tip top shape. We had outlets on each bedside area that were loose and wouldn’t hold plugs tightly like they should. Also one beside shelf was loose from the wall. It’s minor things but it’s something I feel should be taken care of.

Our family really loved it here! They have a kids club with lots of games, a really cute splash pad, a large pool with a bar, pool-side food and drink service, and comfortable padded loungers. We never had trouble getting a spot at the pool. All of the rooms were suites (living room/kitchen + bedroom with a fridge, sink, pull out couch, microwave). We did a suite with two double beds, because the double rooms were slightly bigger than the king bed rooms (verified because my parents were in a king room). The hotel provided a pack and play for our baby. All rooms have water views and a balcony with chars and a table. The beds were super comfortable. The hotel has a parrot mascot, Lisa, who my kiddos were obsessed with! She would be roaming around with an employee or in the lobby. They gave my toddler crayons and a Lisa coloring page at check in. The lobby has a Starbucks + ice cream shop (ice cream is gelato, and homemade in Tampa!) There is also a restaurant that does a buffet or a la cart breakfast with good options. There’s a boardwalk adjacent to the hotel with a waterfront area and numerous restaurants and shops. We LOVED Columbia next door and the greek restaurant. We ate at these two places 2-3 times each! There’s a park with beach access across the street from the hotel that has a big, shaded playground. That’s also where the hotels’ loungers and umbrellas are. The hotel has a golf cart and they will drive you back and forth for free if you’re not up for the walk. There's also a beach trolley that runs to the busy area on the next key over, but we were more impressed with the food next to the hotel.

We were disappointed that the splash pad was closed while we were there. This is why we booked the hotel with our 3 year old and 1 year old in mind.

Loved the location. It wasn’t right on Clearwater Beach but we preferred that. We took the trolley everywhere we went and it was great! We loved Sand Key beach and would stay here again. Showers 10/10. I slept on the sofa bed and had the best nights sleep. Was shocked. We loved the spacious room for a group of 4. Pool area was excellent.

Not too much to say. It’s all about preference. Wish maybe more restaurants within walking distance but the trolley took you where you wanted to go. Could the hotel use an upgrade? Sure, but really made no difference on our stay.

The location is excellent. The staff was super kind and attentive. Very good breakfast. Good cleaning. Pretty nice pool. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

I didn't think it was correct to charge for parking since I didn't use the valet service. The acoustic insulation of the walls of the rooms is very bad. It is possible to hear any and all conversations from neighboring apartments even with people talking at normal voice volume. We spent 3 nights at the hotel, the first 2 were terrifying because of the noise from the apartment on the right and the other night was even worse because of the noise from the apartment on the left.

The hotel is fantastic. I like the location situated in the Sandkey area which i much prefer rather than downtown clearwater. The room itself is wonderful super cosy and clean. Love the fact that you’ve got a sink in the suite too. The bed is so comfortable that it made it hard to get up in the mornings. The bathroom is also roomy and the balcony is to die for with a beautiful view and if you’re lucky you can spot a few dolphins passing by. The staff are fantastic especially Tywaen and Graham. And in Concierge you have got Mickel who is FANTASTIC!!! Such a lovely guy. So all in all i will stay here again.

Now there a few cons too. I think the main one is the Resort Fee. You really don’t get much for it. You get a voucher to use the sunbeds on the beach but you can only use it once so if you’re there for a week and you want to go to the beach every day it will cost you £40 a day. Very expensive. And also the voucher for water sports do not include jet ski. And that’s all you get. Also the water pressure in the shower could have been better, But that’s about it really every thing else was good

Everyone was very friendly and nice to us. The facility was super clean and comfortable 👌. We paid for rent breakfast and it was delicious. Our housekeeper was very helpful and kept our room in perfect condition all the time. Thanks, we didn't ask her name, but she was perfect. Please thank her from us room 304.

We try numerous times to rent a jet ski, but they give us all cain off scusesabout the weather for not letting it us rented even though other people were allowed to rent.

The entire staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and the staff at Kokomo's, was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean. Meli, our housekeeper, was superb. Meli made sure to check in with us daily to see if we needed anything at all. She always greeted us with a smile, even on the rainiest-windiest day. It was a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

Well, to be honest there was nothing the Marriot or its staff could do about the one thing that disappointed and that was the weather. The weather was on the cool side and the wind was nasty at times. The sun did come out a few times.

Everything in this room was brand new post Hurricane Milton. It was like staying in a brand new hotel. New carpet, new paint, I’m assuming new bedding/mattresses. It was truly stunning, extremely comfortable and right on the water! The only con is that the walls are paper thin and we could easily hear the guests in the room next to us. We were grateful they quieted down around 10:30PM.

the girl on the front desk SASHA, we choose the desired check-in at 1pm, we arrived at 10 am, asked a front girl SASHA to give us a room sooner if possible, she said no, it is 4pm check-in, and if she will get in touch with us if she will have something (she is going to call us). we waited whole day under the 100 degrees waiting for a phone call with two little kids and after a 24Hour cart-rip, extermely tired. when we asked the reception for the second time at 3.30pm the other girl said " of course, we have a plenty of rooms to get, you should ask us sooner if you arrived yerlier. I was very angry, there was half of the rooms with no people in them. I can be wrong and do not understand the special policy of the hotels but still....

It was amazing! The rooms were nice with the most beautiful view I've ever seen! We had the Water colors restraunt for dinner and it was hands down the best steak we had EVER had! The morning breakfast buffet was also delicious. The staff was amazing, very attentive and helpful. They have a trolly that takes you to clearwater beach and brings you back when you are done. I enjoyed going to the pool early in the morning after getting my Cafe Latte and lounging on the water. I never wanted to leave, but we already booked another stay for fall break on October!

There was a family reunion there, made it a little crowded and I could have done with less kids, but that's not their fault. There is not one thing I did not like about the hotel itself!!
