The staff actually turned out yo be okay. When I checked in they not only told me I could not have visitors they made me sign something stating such. Why would I get a motel room and not have visitors? Especially in a town I used to live in. I wanted to change hotels but couldn't. So I just had a bunch of visitors come thru. And no one said anything about them. The room was ok but not as described. But not bad. It was definitely clean. It just wasn't what I expected from the ad on booking.com.

Furniture was old and scratched. They win the prize for the squeekiest bed ever put into a hotel room. The shower leaks all over the bathroom floor. No central a/c. But the wall unit worked very well. This place could be a gem if they just updated the furnishings and fixed a few minor problems. Abd painted it. It needs paint everywhere. Just a side note ... People in the hospitality/ motel business. Stop telling people they can't have anyone over. Most people renting a room are going to have friends over. It is ruining the business. There are risks and downsides in every business. If you don't like the doen side, go into another industry. Werd

The room was big with a small shower and bathroom not that important to me. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do which was visit Clearwater In St Pete both a little bonus for anybody that reads this there is a diner across the street from this place that had wonderful Breakfast !

I was pleasantly surprised, the room was large, bed was comfortable, location excellent and staff very friendly. they even let me stay an extra night for less than what was advertised online. The price and value for this property is excellent compared to other value Hotels. I would highly recommend as it met all my needs and had a very enjoyable stay!

The bathroom was small but the shower was good! Other than that there really wasn't any other negatives. I thought the area might be a little sketchy but I there were no issues what so ever!

The bathroom was super clean. I love the color of the tiles in the shower, the walls, and the floor. It was quiet, and we felt safe in our room. Everything was clean. The staff was super nice

The bed wasn't comfortable, air conditioner was very loud it kept waking us up, could easily slip at the bottom of the shower step, no hot water at the sink

Everyone was very friendly and the room was very clean and cozy.

The only thing that could have been better was the water pressure. But it was no big deal.

red light bulbs in the side lamps. the room had nice and upgraded features and the red lights detracted from the room. we can tell the owners are working to improve the property

loved the inside of the room as well as the location.

the outside is misleading as far as how run down/sketchy it is and how nice it is inside the room. only two issue I had was the Tv advertising Roku/smart television use but not actually being able to take advantage of that not sure if it was just our room but we couldn’t use it properly and also my refrigerator did not work but I couldn’t ask for a different room since the only other in my booking was pre reserved by another couple.

Room was clean. Man at the front desk was nice. It was an easy check in and check out.

The A/C was on 75 but room was warm. Never seemed to cool down so I opened windows. It was 71 outside.
