The hotel was very nice and clean. At the beginning our room was full of humidity and they changed it to a really nice room. The staff were so nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. The beds were very comfortable. If you are going to this hotel, book the big room (we were on 401).

When you book on Booking.com you mention how many people you will be, but the hotel doesn’t know that, so we needed to open the sofa and do the bed ourselves. Other than that, we had really good time there.

Unfortunately, the guest above my room on my fourth day had an overflow accident in the bathroom which leaked into my bathroom like a slow shower through the air vent. The staff was notified and came super promptly in 5 mins or less. They swiftly booked me in another room near the one I originally had, and all was well. Thank you, staff!

The staff is fabulous and helpful, especially David at front desk. Location is close to Baycare Park as we were able to walk there. The room overall was spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast Selection was poor. Need more fresh fruit. Better cereal choices and waffle maker was broke. No cream cheese for bagels. I do not like communal soaps in bathrooms. I prefer individual. The bottles were not wiped down from previous people.

The staff was awesome. The breakfast buffet was really good and had lots of options. The property was clean and it was in a great location. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Clearwater.

We had a critter visit us the first morning... I know they are expected in hot climates, but he was much bigger than what we are used to. But after calling the front desk, they sent someone up immediately who took care of this critter for us. Thanks to the hotel for doing this so fast!

Great hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast choices. We liked the pancake machine. The room was very spacious and had an extra sofa, perfect! Our room was to the back of the building, which was great and quiet, the rooms facing the other side must be louder because of the location right at the highways. The pool was nice. A great hotel, not too far away from Clearwater Beach and yet not as expensive as other hotels right at the beach.

Room size was great and very clean. Front desk clerk was very nice when I checked in. I had reserved a room with two beds, but clerk told me a large group of athletes just checked in on the floor I was scheduled to be on so he gave me a king size bed on a different floor at no additional charge. I was very appreciative of his moving me to a quieter area.

On second night my room key did not work and had to go to front desk. Clerk told me key was programmed for a different room, which made no sense to me since this was my second night, and worked fine the day before and earlier in the day.

The breakfast was great ! The room smelled great along with the cleanliness. My parents always stayed at Holiday Inns whenever we traveled and they still meet our standards. Thank you Holiday Inn.

The hotel was excellent from the room (beds were comfy) to the continental breakfast (lots of great options) to the staff! Jay and Nigel were the front desk attendants and were wonderful! The cleaning & kitchen staff were so wonderful as well. Everyone was eager to please and seemed to be happy to be at work!

I would've preferred to be on the "back side" of the hotel and not on the side facing Hwy 19. But it was all good. :)

Location, cleanliness, size of the room

We had a suite, and the room was nice and big. But there was only one comfy seating option for one person. Could use more furniture Not enough hooks in the bathroom for towels or place towel near the shower/bathtub than on the floor. Lighting was weak and off. (Except bathroom, Lighting there was great)

Staff was the friendliest I have encountered in quite some time. Every person had a smile on their face and a song in their heart...really! You could tell that each person really enjoys what they are doing. Well done!

Nothing comes to mind. Everything was really terrific. I guess parking could be improved a bit, but it's Clearwater, so what can you do? Even the parking was more than fine. A great property to stay at!
