They did make breakfast worse than 3 yrs ago. But still plenty to choose from. My only complaint on breakfast was NO juice. Sunny D is not 100 percent juice. Price was reasonable for what you got.

There was no USB ports available in my room. It only had one fork. I was there alone but if someone was needing utensils and had a family or couple more than one fork is needed. Hot tub was not accessible. Now in October it may not have been needed but they should have it opened at all times just in case a northern like me wants to relax. My first room was missing half the channels so they had to move me to a different room. The "contractors" who were there were loud especially after 10pm. Sometimes it was 1am and there were very loud. No one should be loud outside in the parking lot after 10pm. There was no smoking detector in the room which I thought was odd.

2 times the room was not cleaned. There was a noisy person in the room above. After getting the right cleark after 2 days the noise stopped. The night guy was clueless and did not know the people had been in that room for months due to the hurricane. The swing shift clerk was great and helped us on several times including getting the noise at night to stop.

The facility doesn’t look so welcoming from the street view with the sign still blown out from the storms. It is actually extremely clean and nice in the rooms, the front desk/breakfast area is also nice and clean. We stayed a few nights and the staff was nice and accommodating, they went above and beyond to get our room ready just a little bit early since we arrived early. It’s a short 15 min drive to the beach. To some this may be an inconvenience but to others it’s worth the hundreds of dollars saved.

I didn’t like that there were so many people living on the property, but then I remembered how many people were probably displaced from the storms. I think we forget just because we are vacationing that other people still live here.

I truly am very thankful for Days Inn Clearwater. This was a supposed to be short stay that turned into almost 3 weeks. Stephanie, Michael, and Amy were heaven sent. I ran into multiple issues with my reservations and every time Stephanie and Michael were able to help me, no questions asked. The place is a little outdated but it definitely will do the job, especially for the price. They accommodate you as much as they can and they all were super friendly. We didn’t have any issues at all and I’m so thankful. Thank you so much guys for being so awesome! You really have no idea how much it means to me.

I don’t like that if you are trying to extend your stay, they make you pay a new deposit and refund your old one rather than just carrying the deposit over.

The Days Inn is a clean and accessible hotel. We have stayed here over multiple trips to Clearwater. We find it to be convenient to a lot of restaurants, shopping and very reasonably priced. There's a free breakfast and the staff are nice.

The traffic can be heard from Gulf to Bay Blvd in the up front rooms but tolerable. The pool could use some renovations but it is still pleasant.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, with the most wonderful staff! We had an excellent stay! We added an extra night because of how wonderful the experience was! The hotel is located 15 minutes away from the beach, with no traffic. If there’s an issue, their entire staff would go above and beyond to make things right. Every employee, from top management to the cleaning staff are incredibly professional, helpful and very friendly. The kind of people you want to have as family and friends. A special thanks to the wonderful folks at the front desk! And muchas gracias to the cleaning ladies for their outstanding work! We appreciate you all!

coffe pot in room was broken. complementry breakfast could use sausage patties or links instead od sausage gravy. with cleaning service every three days could use four bath towels verses two to allow for them to dry betwwen showers

Free breakfast is a good thing and real breakfast items are even better! Great maid service, very clean rooms and towels and bedsheets were a comfort. The pool was cleaned and serviced everyday and it showed! Pool area and garden area very nice and taken care of.

The place is older and some amenities do not work but I noticed that was a lot of updates going on, so if it is renovated that is an A+++
