Place was clean comfortable and quiet and staff were nice and always asking if I needed any I would stay here again

I booked a 2 bed room as a friend was supposed to come but he tore his knee up day before I left. I inquired by both email and phone about switching to single bed room as it is cheaper wad told couldn't accommodate that was fine since it was last minute. When I arrived the owner said your the guy who wanted to switch to single room I said yes but understood the late request. As he checked me in he said I put you in a single bed room I asked if I was getting cheaper rate he said no but room is nicer I told him that's ok I'll keep double bed room. I feel as though he was going to make more by re-renting the room and also get higher price out of me.

The owners of this property are incredibly kind!!! I accidentally booked the wrong day & showed up the day after my reservation. Luckily, they had a room & let us stay for no additional charge. The room had a small kitchen that was pretty well stocked & was very clean. The beds were comfortable. My family & I were happy with everything. I would absolutely stay here again!

Not many towels. I always pack some, so this wasn't a problem for me at all. Just a heads up.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and there anytime you needed. No hair dryer in the room but I'm sure if I had asked I would have received one. Location was near everything. We stayed one night for sightseeing in the area. The price was a little high it is an older motel but kept up well. We wanted a clean comfortable room and that's what we got.

The location was great! The owners/ staff was super sweet and friendly. As two young woman we felt really safe and our room was nice and clean. Spacious room with a little kitchen. The pool area was also good. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!! 10/10 would recommend and the price is just fair.

We loved everything!

The location was right in the middle of everywhere we traveled on our trip. Management was friendly and very accommodating. We had an upstairs room but requested a downstairs room for convenience, and they immediately met our request. The room had everything - stove, refrigerator, microwave and utensils.

We had two beds. One bed was perfectly soft and the other was just a little too firm.

The Floridian Inn was beyond expectation for the price point. Our room was very well appointed with a super comfy mattress and fully stocked kitchen. Everything worked as expected and the room was very clean.

The water pressure was a little low and while it was not listed in the amenities, a hot tub would have set our stay over the top.

The Floridian is old but it is not dirty. I think the guy behind the counter is the owner - My room was clean and was well maintained. I would stay here again. wifi connect was awesome and was quick enough for me to get some work done.

I liked that the man at check in and out was very nice and accommodating. The place was nice and clean and the stove and fridge were of great convenience. I would definitely come again.

Everything was great nothing to complain about.

We liked the clean comfortable rooms, they have a nice outdoor pool and shaded sitting area. Very affordable, it was in downtown Clearwater are, but only a short drive from the beach. We will definitely book another stay there. Owner came to make sure everything was good for us.

The room had everything we needed! Large refrigerator with an actual freezer. The room was so spacious with a small 2 person couch and table.

Wi fi password didn’t work. I loved that they had the password written on a small chalkboard but didn’t work. We never called to ask about it though.
