The staff was super awesome, they really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The ladies up front will literally drop what they're doing and help you with anything you need. Ive never had service this good from a hotel staff. 10/10 love them. The rooms and all the facilitoes were very clean, it felt clean and smelled clean. The free breakfast was wonderful, lots of options. The courtyard and pool area is well kept and beautiful. My family and I will be returning here for future vacations.

I mean we had zero complaints. I think the price is high but thats really just me, my family is not well off. We live paycheck to paycheck my wife and I both working full-time. With everything being so expensive nowadays my only complaint with everything is the cost. So if I could change 1 thing it would be make it more affordable for lower class families like mine.

It was clean. I loved the courtyard area with the gazebo and the fountain. I loved that the upper floors all had balconies and that you had little patios on the lower floors.

It was close to the highway, so it was a little loud with traffic when sitting outside, but I still enjoyed sitting outside. There weren’t very many restaurants you could walk to for someone who doesn’t use UberEats or any of the other delivery apps, but Linda at the front desk had a menu from Jet’s Pizza and they delivered & that was perfect.

I was pleasantly surprised with this facility. It was super clean, staff was always working on upkeep, family friendly environment, pool/jacuzzi/gazebo had excellent ambiance. There was even a letter from the general manager thanking guests and providing his personal number to reach out in the event of any problems. It made us feel as though our presence was valued. 24 hour access to coffee/ice box/vending machines with reasonable prices were also appreciated. Centrally located. Private balcony for each room.

Not much can be done about older building. Walls are thin,we heard the people above us walking around and our immediate neighbors TV.

We booked three rooms for a three-night stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast exceeded expectations for a value hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful—especially during breakfast. Anytime we mentioned something had run out, they immediately looked for more and brought it out quickly.

The AC unit is positioned in a spot where the curtain partially blocked the airflow into the room. It was pretty warm until I noticed the issue and pulled the curtain aside. Once the airflow was running, the temperature improved significantly.

We were very impressed with the room, it was very clean. All supplies were available in the room. The breakfast was got with eggs and bacon. Waffles and chipper food items. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The view from our room was of the garden and pool area so lovely. It is right next to the 19 hwy, and we didn't hear a single bit of noise from that or any other rooms. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The surrounding area is not the nicest

There was no elevator so heavy luggage had to be carried up stairs. The breakfast was very good and kept nicely supplied. This is walkable to the ballpark and a few eateries. Housekeeping every 3 days but the girls were very nice and asked if there was anything we needed and checked to be sure the room was clean for us. Beds were very comfortable too.

Its on a busy road and we couldn't find a place at the pool, but that was ok. Help should be automaticallly called for heavy suitcases to be brought upstairs.

Great road stop, easy access to local sights. If you are looking for a beachside resort, this isn’t the place. But it is a great road stop while traveling: good value with easy access to major highways and close enough to drive to beaches, restaurants and attractions. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms in our rooms were well equipped for elderly travelers with mobility issues (note that ours had tubs, not walk-in showers). There is a pool in the center courtyard (which we did not use during our stay). One nice part of our stay was the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast room was carefully maintained and stocked by Todd, who made sure that everything was fresh and everyone was taken care of. (Oddly, although Todd was noticeably attentive to everyone, we saw few travelers actually tip him—just a reminder to those who forget their manners because there is no actual bill😊).

The only down side to our stay was that all of the rooms have sliding glass doors to the outside. That is great for those that face the pool, but not so much for those of us whose rooms faced the parking lot. The large expanse of glass and flimsy lock made for a bit of (probably unwarranted) unease during the night. We would stay there again but would request an inner room.

The property is well maintained. The groundskeeper is very excellent. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I have stayed here before and would stay here again. The only thing was the price of the room was quite a bit more this time but I knew it was a great place so I stayed there. Thank you, I had a nice stay.

The shower curtain should be plastic not material. The tub was narrow and you had to direct the shower head towards the wall so you don’t get water on the floor. Other than that, I have no complaints.
