Clean with updated interiors, nice courtyard for chillin' outdoors or dining. It was quiet with no unsavory characters lurking around. Looked family-friendly and pet-friendly as well. I would stay here again.

Offer some sort of coffee service in the lobby or courtyard in the morning hours or a coffee maker in the room. I need coffee before I even shower. Even bottled iced coffee would be welcome, you could always microwave it for hot coffee.

Clean well kept property that is old school but completely functional and updated. You have great price/value/service for what you pay here. He charges for parking and early check-in but the cost is appropriate and collected in cash upon checking in. It is not a four star hotel...it is a family run motel and they show pride of ownership. If you want breakfast, coffee and constant room cleaning and all the other things from a chain hotel, this isn't your place. You'll pay for that...this is NOT that.

Nothing...felt safe as a single women traveling here.

Quiet location. Close to beaches.

We were charged $40 upon arrival for parking. Seriously. This is a mom and pop motel. Not some downtown hotel. Nickel and diming.

The location of the Hotel is very good as it is not far from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater. The hotel is also very well maintained and has a very pleasant climate with a swimming pool in front, a very pleasant common area and bright colors that make the environment very pleasant. The cost benefit in relation to other hotel options was also worthwhile and the rooms have a microwave and a minibar that helps a lot during the stay. The receptionist was also very attentive and helpful.

On the first day at night we noticed that the toilet was clogged and when we went to notify the person in charge of cleaning, she was not at all friendly and simply handed us a bucket with a plunger so that we could do the job and told her to return it at the same time. place when finished. Honestly I thought the approach could have been a little different... Room service was also not carried out at any time, we stayed for 3 nights and no one even entered our room. The bed is also quite noisy as the metal frame creaks with any small movement. During the night it is difficult to turn over or get up without waking your partner. And finally, I found the check out at 10am too early as it usually ends at 11am, but that's ok, overall our stay was good!

It was a very cute, very Florida style hotel. I liked the bright colors and inside the room, it was all quite clean and modern. The person at the front desk who help me was also very kind and helpful whenever we needed anything.

The sheets on the bed were very old, could feel they had been used a lot. I didn't love that we were facing the main social area but I understand that's a bit the nature of a hotel like of that style. It would have been better if there were privacy coverings or something on the windows so we could still have them open without showing everything in our room to anyone who walks by. I also really didn't find it correct that parking was an extra charge- it's not like it was a private garage with security, it was just normal parking in the back. It should be included in the stay as is standard across most of the US (especially outside of cities). Would have been nice to have control over the aircon as well, it was very damp in the room.

Location was great. Cute outside decor and beautiful pool although it was too cold to swim. Convenient to the doctors office and hospital. Mike was very friendly and it is very clean around the property. Very safe area. Good outside lighting. We had a nice place.

Room was cramped. We had a handicapped room. Tiny table with 2 small chairs. No comfortable place to sit. For a 10 day stay we needed room for clothing. Closet was tiny. We were charged extra for handicapped. parking. No daily maid service. We emptied our own trash. No in room coffee.

The property was perfect. The level of Love the owners have for this property shows. The court yard is so awesome, you can sit outside at the tables or take a swing and just enjoy the moment. My room was perfect and well cared for in every detail. I like having a desk, table and chairs and an extra leather chair to sit. I bought some food from the natural grocery store down the street and was able to prepare fresh food. Microwave and Refrigerator were in the room. I felt very safe. Also, great location if you are wanting to drive to Clearwater beach.

There wasn’t any negatives.

Very nice updated room . The shower had power , wonderful lighting and plenty of device power charging ports . Plenty of room to spread out with your stuff and relax . We would stay there again when traveling . Theres plenty of local dining nearby for eat in or carry out near this location . The staff was very nice and accommodating. A great value in comparison with other hotels . Easy in and out and only a few minutes to St Pete airport . It made for easy traveling to fit our needs.

Great little hotel, I will say the rooms don't have coffee pots, they don't serve breakfast, but I thought the courtyard and swimming pool were nice. The rooms were clean and it was a good location, close to the beach, but not on the beach. You do have to pay for parking as well which was a bummer.But overall, a good place to stay on a budget. They take great care to ensure that the rooms are clean and well maintained.

Room was nice and clean. Towels were large and water was hot and shower pressure was good. Courtyard and pool area are very nice. Staff person at front desk was polite.

Only drawback was that visitors are not allowed. I came down to visit with family and see my grandchildren, and they weren’t allowed to come and visit me because of the property’s “No visitors” rule, which I don’t think is listed on the Booking website. I usually swim with the grandchildren for a couple hours wherever I stay, and haven’t run into that issue before. Nice place to stay if you don’t plan on having visitors.
