Most of the staff was friendly except for when we checked out. On May 5th at 4ish in the morning, the gentleman at the counter did not greet us, smile or answer any questions clearly. I asked for a receipt and he handed me a blank paper. After I told him it was blank, he said because I booked my reservation on booking you can get it from there. I asked him for a paper copy because that's what I normally received when I checked out and he rolled his eyes and then gave me a receipt.

It was not as clean as other locations. The elevator had the same dried up stain for the entire duration of my stay. The elevator glass was filthy, the pool was dirty and the location was isolated from everything. No entertainment and food options.

My husband and I went their for our anniversary and we had a good time. So, The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean with a great shower. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast was attentive in replenishing the food and greeting the guest as they came in. The hotel had good sitting area. The elevator was very quick all day. Parking was also easy and spacious.

The area was not nice. Also, the bed is very uncomfortable it depends if you like semi hard bed then its ok.

strong humidity in the room on the first floor. and dirty floors in the bathroom. we put a towel under our feet in the bathroom and it was black after a few minutes of use. breakfasts were late one day by 15 minutes, the second day by 20 minutes, and we had a conference at 8 am and we were already tired of leaving when breakfast arrived,

The hotel was convenient to the airport, clean, rooms were well designed and comfortable.

The pool and patio were in the center of the space (outside), surrounded by the rooms, so there was outdoor lighting which got into room in spite of blackout shades, and it was noisy because a lot of people were in the pool, even during "quiet" hours

Was there for the hurricane. They were kind enough to let us bring our cat at no additional charge. When we went to check out I needed a luggage cart but they were not able to locate them as other hotel guest were storing them in their room and had not returned them. The front desk laddies offered to have one of the maintenance men come up to help bring our items down to our car. This was very helpful as we had an infant and a cat. This help allowed me to stay in the room with our daughter and pet as the maintenance man helped my boyfriend with our luggage and other items down to the car.

The breakfast was decent, I thought the pancake machine was cool, I had never seen one before. However I love me a hotel waffle and look forward to it, so I was a little disappointed to find out that they did not have a waffle maker.

The breakfast was good every day with a wide variety of cold and hot foods. The coffee was superb and the hotel staff was courteous and attentive. The hotel had a well equipped gym as well for those of us who like to exercise daily!

Everything was good. No dislikes.

Breakfast is nice, coffee machine always available, and popcorn free when we arrived caused a good impression on my kids.

Service room was made only in first night, other 2 nights they only bring new towels to the bathroom but no clean or organize the beds.

Very clean, comfortable bed and pillows, loved the hot water pressure, good breakfast selection. We did not use the pool but it looked very inviting. Overall a very good experience.

First day there was no hot breakfast but it did not bother us too much.

STAFF…hurricane coming…skeleton crew on duty providing care, attention & actual physical assistance to this 80+ lady who never dreamed there would not even be a bellman. Throughout my stay, front desk gracefully answered my phone queries when she/he must have been very busy.

Probably my fault…not clear on lack of food and other “standard” services. Housekeeping never came on Wed. Afternoon calls to operator were never answered on Tues? and Wed.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean as well as the interior of the location.

The pool area had garbages that were full and garbage that was blowing around. Towels by the pool were limited as well.
