Great place to stay if you're in the area for a while, good facilities such as laundry, gym, free parking, kitchenette with dishwasher, full sized fridge and microwave, new air-conditioning unit. It has everything you need and there is an appliance cupboard you can borrow from so you can cook all meals if you'd like to! I loved it here for the month I stayed, it was quiet and felt safe even if on the main road, the block is set away from the highway so its very comfortable and quiet for guests, with plenty of food options within a few minutes drive.

Nothing else needed, only thing they could add would be a little coffee shop or some onsite food, but other than that it's perfect.

The staff where very nice and helpful the room was clean i loved that we where able to cook and store our food that we brought in a nice size refrigerator plus it had cooking stuff that we needed it felt like a home away from home for a few days even though we are IHG MEMBERS ALL SUITES THAT WE NORMALLY GET WHERE SOLD OUT FOR THE DATES BUT this place was close enough to our needs with a place to cook.... will we return here again of course.... There was only one flaw..... the tv the stations was blue/green wasn't clear it was ok though and it worked out thats why i still gave stars because we where comfortable and plus we had our own wifi box and Tv service streaming app that we can take anywhere (FOREVER STREAMING) CHECK US OUT ON (INSTAGRAM) WE SERVICE ALL OVER (NOT WIFi) JUST THE SERVICE other then that the stay was great..... we will return in the future Thanks.....

The room was clean, and it was nice to have a full kitchen. The staff was professional, very friendly, helpful, and made our experience enjoyable. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful, and there was plenty of parking. The location was in close proximity to the venues we were attending and places to visit in Clearwater and Tampa.

The room was clean; however, the smell of the cleaning chemical used never left the room. The hotel is dated and could benefit from an upgrade.

Large room with kitchen and bathroom (with tub) and a nice desk and office chair- perfect for long stays or working business. The staff was very friendly, even the cleaning staff. The hotel seemed secure even though it was in a more industrial/commercial part of town. There is no breakfast but bless their hearts, they have coffee (including decaf) 24/7 in the spacious laundry mat.

Just a heads up for those not familiar with the Clearwater/St. Pete area: The location is in a more industrial area of town so expect to drive for meals. It is nowhere near the bay (30 minutes) or the beach (35-45 minutes). The hotel is great but it is good to remember that it is a member of a lower priced chain, so the quality of chairs, linens, etc., was not like that of a Marriott Residence Inn- which is of course to be expected. I only mention it because the rates are high and someone not familiar may have incorrect expectation-- Florida in high season is very high and there are no low cost options.

Very comfortable room and bed plus a fully appointed kitchen. Large modern bathroom.

Maid service only once a week, which is ok if, like many guests, one stays for only several days. Longer stays require more frequent service. Had difficulties with the room key when checking in. It took more than half an hour and numerous trips up and down in the elevator with a trolley full of luggage before staff finally acknowledged that there was a problem with the door lock and gave me a different room. Once I was in my room, however, I was very pleased with the accomodations.

Very friendly staff. Popcorn bar to welcome us on first day checking in. Big spacious kitchen and love how the living room area is separate from the bedroom. It was nice to have a private sleeping area for each family member.

Not any issues with room except the ice maker wouldn't make ice the whole time. But we walked over to a nearby convenient store and got a few bags of ice for our stay. Also, there weren't any additional seats in the kitchen area. It would be nice to have a couple extra stools or something. There is a rolling chair at the long desktop/countertop area that we used and made things work by eating right beside the couch

Location was great for me, excellent parking and friendly staff. The room was recently updated a little and was very clean. I think most rooms have a kitchenette which is excellent including full size fridge, cooktop, microwave, as well as a dishwasher!

the staff was super nice. The beds were super comfortable, I enjoyed the fluffy pillows and they had great air conditioning. I love how they had a closet and a stove top with a dish washing machine with a full size fridge.

The shower curtains seemed a little off whenever I would shower water would get on the toilet and all over the floor, also the towel drying rack wouldn’t stay on and would often fall to the floor. however that’s the only not positive thing about this stay. me and my girlfriend really enjoyed this stay I loved it 10/10

I love the hotel. I had a little studio I could actually live there. Everyone was pleasant. Cleaning lady I had was EXCELLENT. I highly recommend this place. Absolutely beautiful

Water pressure in bathroom sink

Clean, spacious and useful that it has a kitchen plus a desk, you can cook without having the need to go out, and work there during the day. Great for a work trip. We were a couple and had enough space for both. Only tiny cleaning details that I would fix-change.

It would be nice to have a desk or table in the lobby, in case you have to wait during check in or check out, so you can work while you wait.
