We were disappointed with our experience at Comfort Inn due to a very unpleasant encounter with one of the hotel staff. I spoke with a female staff member over the phone on July 25 at 7:13 AM, and her attitude was extremely rude—11/10 in rudeness. I simply asked if I could cancel our current booking and rebook two separate rooms instead, but instead of helping, she questioned why I needed to cancel. She was unhelpful, dismissive, and ultimately referred me to Booking.com without offering any assistance. Worst of all, she hung up the phone before I could say anything further, which was extremely unprofessional. Customer service plays a huge role in the overall experience, and unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression.

The Hotel was modern and clean. The rate was reasonable yet almost $100 more per night on Friday and Saturday. That hurt. Location was very good. 24 hr coffee was excellent. Staff were friendly and I did not mind that housekeeping was not available every day. Prefer the privacy. Would stay again - Monday to Thursday for sure.

It would have been better to have International coffee creamer along with milk and cream, since it is easy to keep fresh and 1/4 of all adults are lactose intolerant. Luckily brought my own.

Very friendly staff, quick check-in. Our room was very clean. The pillows were good and plenty of them. Breakfast was breads, waffles, cereal, milk, yogurt, eggs, sausage links and bacon. YUM The staff handled the fire alarms very professionally.

Unfortunately the fire alarm kept going off. At least 3 times after 11 PM. It turned out they had a water main break so they had to shut off all of the water and elevators (?) They had plumbers out here by 10 AM working to fix it though.

the breakfast was delicious staff was great very accommodating with early check in and late check out room was comfortable and fit my family wonderfully

Not really an issue but the option to be able to log into streaming services would have made the stay absolutely perfect. I was a lil disappointed I couldn't watch the last couple episodes of ginny and Georgia 🤣🤷🏽‍♀️🤣

Was very worried once I read the reviews but it was hands down the best experience we could have asked for!!! The staff was amazing and was ready to help at any time! We were on the 4th floor And it was very clean! There was construction going on but we literally never heard it and when we did it wasn’t loud at all. Will definitely stay here again

The beautiful palm tree out the bedroom window. Everytime i woke up the sun was shining through the palm tree. N i thought the planes were gona be too noisy,, perfect. And out my window again i could see the plane above. Totally cool. Great breakfast, nice relaxing pool. And the bed omg amazing n the pillows too. Thank you see u again !

I thought it was weird that u had to bring all ur dirty towels to the front desk in order to get more.

Nice room, good beds but cold. Tried to turn up the temps… hard. Ample breakfast, eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles, cereal

They advertise a Shuttle from the Airport but there was none when we arrived at 9:30 on New Year’s Eve. Then we were promised a Shuttle back to the Airport the next day when we checked in, New Year’s Day… only to be told, NO SHUTTLE!! I had to get angry to have the Clerk arrange a taxi for us, and cover the cost)

This was our first experience with Comfort Inn chain and i do not know how about other suites, but this one was exceptional. Staff were very nice, big thanks to Robert! Amenities were clean, breakfast was nice, used the laundry room many times. Definitely recommending this one.

On our first day of arrival we noticed that sink in the bathroom was clogged. Told to the reception and they fixed it.

Quick, simple check in. Great breakfast included in stay, very close to the highway and airport and in an area with an endless amount of restaurants. Really nice pool in the back and a decent workout room I was able to use. Also very kind staff. Really the good outweighed the two negatives I mentioned.

Toilet had buildup inside it like nobody had scrubed it completely for a long time but you would only notice it if you're looking bc it's at the top of the rim and a little bit of a smell when entering the room but it wasn't that serious.
