The place was quiet, good neighbour. Staff was amazing and room was as expected for the price. Everything was tidy and relatively clean. The parking was in front of my room and I stayed for a week, no signs of violence.

The room it self need updrade, the smell os the room was a little bit strong due to the carpet... but besides that, everything was great.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and spacious room. Just perfect for couple starting out.. Great location, good size community, with a pool, grocery, gas, dining out all in walking distance. Not to mention very affordable living! ,🙏👍🙂

The front desk lady was extremely nice and helpful. Room was comfortable after I figured out how to turn a/c on. Good stay!

The only thing negative was the back of remote for t.v was broken off and the one nightlight above bed was broken.

I'm very accommodating and willing to work with myself as well as others I noticed when it came to handling certain situations they handled it very well and professional

What I did not like was how long and how slow the Wi-Fi worked

The staff is awesome great Maintence Man Mr. Jon needed a few things fixed and it was attended to quickly. Ms. Octavia was also great help on places we was looking for she is very pleasant and helpful she also made our stay very relaxing giving us all the info needed upon check in. Ms Sherily housekeeping supervisor was leaving but made sure we recieved clean linen before she left as we had to be room moved due to a flood in our room. Ms. latica was great also as my inlaw room needed a a replacement shower head she had to have that replaced as well as attend to why we had no water. The staff is just Amazing they really go above and beyond. Please excuse if any one name is spelled wrong.

we was out of water for almost a whole day. had to room move even thou my family preferred the room we was in then the GM told us that we have to pay extra as we was moved into a super King room I tried to let him know it was not our fault we had to be moved but he then explained that if we didnt want to pay the extra he will have to move my family again.

This is the bed cozy hotel i have ever stayed at in Florida. The room was really a high 30 on the ratings. I really would stay here again

Nothing this was a great stay. It was wonderful. I was impressed.
