The front staff are so friendly Eva , Sarah, Eric, Jacob, and others made me feel at home on this long business travel.. and many more too many to name

I love my view from the fifth floor and the king suite I could’ve lived here forever. My room is clean. The air conditioning was cold as can be parking was so easy and the pool and the hot tub were so awesome after a long workday.

Ordered through third party last minute & received a fair price. Facility was maintained offering a pool & hot tub,breakfast option & laundry facilities.

There were no pool towels near the pool so we air dried. Not a negative …just didn’t follow up to get them.

Shuttle to airport had to get maintenance to drive us, booked because shuttle offered and then told only if driver showed up which didn't (told to call Uber or taxi, on my $) that wasn't happing so she got maintenance man which I appreciate, Don't offer services (which should always be offered that close to airport) and leave to staff to fix, since No cancelations could take place after finding out

The breakfast was good, not great but good. The desk, janitorial, and shuttle staff were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel felt safer than most in that area of town.

The Monterey Chicken Breast portion was extremely small. All the staff there was very friendly but the bartender was lazy and inattentive. He was too busy flirting with desk clerk that was on break and watching tv. I would suggest cleaning windows throughout the hotel better or more often.

Location was close to what we wanted

We were not checked in when we got there. The staff member checked us in the next day leading to two $140 charges to our account where one was in pending status as I am writing this.

I did like that. The room was clean, beds were semi-comfortable but able to sleep and get a good night rest. The staff was very nice.

The only thing I did not like was that the tavern there on property food was mediocre, drinks were okay. I also did not like the pool area very 1970s.

Great location near airport. let us keep our car there to fly out a couple days for a reasonable free. on site dining. Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. everything we needed.

The shower head in 315 is very puny.

Its central location allowed easy access to food, activities, and the airport. The staff was amazing and very friendly to our dog. The aviation tavern inside the hotel was an amazing restaurant with good prices.

You can hear planes from the airport taking off but they stopped during the night.

The staff at the front desk and in the restaurants were wonderful! Friendly and vey helpful. The shuttle driver to the airport was also very friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

I think you could go a long way to improving this facility by cleaning the elevators (doors and windows). It was a shock to walk into them when the rest of the facility was so well taken care of. We ate at the Tavern for dinner and the had breakfast at the breakfast room. Each served a good meal for the price. I was disappointed that there wasn't a breakfast bar provided with our reservation.

Very convenient location to airport, checked in Saturday afternoon and was greeted by a very nice gentleman. Very easy and fast checkin .
