The breakfast was very good. We also requested a crib for our baby, and it was ready in the room when we arrived, which we really appreciated.

We Stayed for 3 nights. The room was not cleaned every day. I asked the cleaning staff about it, and the lady told me, with a dismissive attitude, that check-out rooms were the priority. The next day, she knocked on the door to ask if we wanted room service. When I said yes, she again responded rudely, saying we had to leave the room immediately if we wanted it cleaned. My husband was taking a shower, so I asked her politely to give us 5 minutes, but she insisted. I believe this staff member should not be dealing directly with guests, as she was very unprofessional and rude.

The front desk was very helpful and very friendly. Her name was Pam and she was fantastic. Thank you so much Pam. You are one in 1 million you helped us before we got there and when we were leaving, you are very kind. The hotel is very nice and the beds are very comfortable and this great location.

I I would only suggest that you put a mat inside the shower because a lot of people say they almost slip when they go in the shower and maybe more room by the pool stressing when there’s a lot of people out there. But I understand getting a bigger hole as hard.

We liked how clean it was, the breakfast was good with eggs, protein, juices, waffles and other dry goods. We didn't run into one bad employee, they all rock, especially Pam and the maintenance crew! They checked us in as early as they could. The pool was closed due to roof damage which is understandable but they did compromise and let us use the whirlpool which was great! Pretty close location to foods and fun and right by the airport which you couldn't really hear. Our king suite was a great size with plenty of room and clean. Stadium wasn't too far which is what we were there for. Thank you!

The king suite had water damage that was patched and the whole room smelled like mildew/mold. We did not complain because everything else was so great. All of our belongings smelled like it when we got home.

Rooms were clean. The staff was up early!! I just think ppl should be a bit more quiet when their conversations are being had by your door, and you're trying to 😴. The constant room service "loud cleaning lady" and knocking on doors to see if someone is in the rooms was a bit annoying 😑 🙄 Breakfast was decent I'm not sure why the bathroom shower was created to wet the entire floor!!! There is literally a drain in the middle of the floor!! I had to wrap the shower cord around the shower handle to keep it from moving in the direction to wet the whole floor! Who came up with using shower curtains and NOT doors!! The upgrade is needed. That's the only reason why I wouldn't stay there again. I was going through so many towels cleanings up water!

Shower!!!! Terrible experience with the water all over the floors after a shower! Loud talking from the cleaning crew while sleeping 😴 💤

Breakfast area is quite congested and could be laid out better. For example, guests will stand by drink machine while they unwrap their drink cup. This blocks both the drink machine and the waffle maker. They could also have a little more variety for breakfast.

The clerk at the desk was extremely pleasant and welcoming. My room was clean and comforatble. I didn't hear a lot of noise in the hallway, which is always nice. There were lots of great choices for breakfast!!

I called the front desk at around 10 a.m., asking if I could get a 12 p.m. checkout. I didn't mind being told there were already too many requests, but I didn't care for the way I was told. The response from Ivy (I believe, because that is the name on the text I received asking how my stay was going) was, "No, we already have too many. You should've called sooner."

Close to the airport (PIE) also restaurant in walking distance. The staff was exceptional, especially Pam when we came in too early for our room to be ready she accommodated our luggage in a safe area and made us feel welcome while in the lobby/breakfast area and a key to the pool area. The next morning Kim was just as sweet. She was our driver to the airport and juggled our bags with ease. Definitely worth the short stay.

No complaints at all.

Hot tub could be hotter No towels at pool, so my husband and I were dripping wet all the way to our room creating unsafe slippery walkways for other patrons Coffee both mornings was terrible Breakfast needs potato selection TV Remote in room didn't work, we brought it down to the desk asking for it to be fixed, or replaced, the 2nd night we had the same issues No one at front desk could tell us which channel the Super Bowl was on! First they gave us the wrong channel number. Finally Emma at front desk came to our room and found it immediately. 5 stars to Emma.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at in the area. Staff were very kind and went above and beyond to ensure you were comfortable. The breakfast was very good, lots of selection. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.

Only complaint would be that you had to sign in to the WiFi every day. Not a major issue, as the password was very simple and easy to remember.
