I really did appreciate the staff Jessica was one of the most amazing. She was so kind and attentive to all of our needs. I looked forward to seeing her face in the morning it made my day. Also the young man in the morning and jalen .. my room was completely comfortable and I felt safe. The other guests treated me with respect and i had a great time. I’ll definitely go back again.. I appreciate them all

I didn’t dislike a thing. It really started to feel like a home. Leaving made me sad. I’ve never been to a place like that. I felt like it was my family. I’m going to miss them all seriously.

The staff was amazing very kind, considerate front desk employees, Jessica was absolutely amazing, Anthony was funny and very knowledgeable and Mercedes was always such a sweetheart and the man David was a great kind man

Membership perks I feel if a member stays for a week maybe they should earn a free night or something like that. Also breakfast could be better for the price.

Team Jessica (Jessica F. and Jessica R.) were very helpful. Jessica R. (with the long hair) in particular.

A pet fee of $25 for 6 days followed by $10 for the remaining 24 days in a month ($240), totaling $150 + 240 = $390 per month for a 12 lb, 13 yo Shih Tzu, whom I carry into and out of the hotel is exorbitant, particularly for a room with faux hardwood flooring for which no soil stains could be created. Absent the pet fee, I would have committed to staying for a month at the rate that Jess. F. quoted to me the day following my check-in as $2000 per month. When the $390 is added to the base rent, $2390 is more expensive than comparably hotels such as Studio 6 and Baymont, which also offer more amenities. Additionally, there is no member savings or points awarded for extra days or discounts. This is my only criticism of this particular hotel.

Clerks are awesome! Great energy and wonderful hospitality. Always made sure every guest has everything that they needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that's looking for a spectacular and safe stay. I'm really looking forward to my next stay.

Nothing they made sure I had everything I needed and accommodated to all my needs even let me do late payments and switched my rooms if I needed to with no hassle

Thank you 2 Levi at the front desk for your personable and professional Behavior. Jessica at the front desk was very accommodating and efficient and both always had a smile on their faces. All around the staff was very pleasant .The maids were very thorough and especially Debbie she is very approachable and has a very bubbly personality. I will be referring this hotel due 2 the accommodations and many of the amenities surpass your expectations!! Pets and kids are very welcome here.

The only drawback was no pool but everything else made me forget about that for a little while. A little pool hopping never hurt nobody LOL

Chris was professional and even had towels brought to my room. Jessica, Karen was nice. Debbie is a star. She couldn't be nicer. So pleased I came to this location.

A little cleaner as far as washing cloths. There was hair wrapped in the folded washcloth, however mistakes happen.

The staff is awesome!!! The cleaning crew is exceptional!!! Jessica at the front desk is always so pleasant and personable. She deserves a raise she always keeps busy!!! We'll be back!
