No cost parking. Only 25.00 credit card hold. Staff was nice

The air failed to function properly our entire stay making sleep hard to find. The room got up to 80 degrees at one point. It wasnt the most comfortable stay by far in the florida heat. We went to the front desk and was told it was hotel wide and they were working on it. It never came on. We were on the 3rd floor meanwhile other family members on the fifth floor experienced temps up to 84 making our stay balmy and restless. One occupant(not related) moved rooms 2 times and still had hvac issues. For over 200.00 bucks I wouldn't stay again. Highly disappointed 😞.

It's close to St.Pete/Clearwater International Airport. Very convenient. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, the pool was fantastic, the food at the restaurant was great. Staff was so polite and accomodating.

It was safe and clean and comfortable. The staff was not rude but not over friendly. Parking was free. Nice gym. Pool on site but too close to bar ares. Rooms need to be soundproofed

It was clean and the staff was friendly. We chose it for the shuttle to the local airport.

The price seemed excessively high but we were desperate to have a shuttle to the airport. The shuttle didn’t start running until 7:00am which was tricky for our 8:30 flight but it all worked out.

Bar area was nice. Breakfast was ok

Called for 50min for airport shuttle. Nobody answered. Had to take an Uber to hotel. Did get free drink coupons for inconvenience.

The staff at the property were excellent.

Check-in was difficult due to what seemed to be a staffing issue. The was no-one working the check-in desk when we arrived we waited approximately 15 minutes before anyone showed up.

Everything was clean and comfortable, except for the pillows

Pillows look nice and puffy until you lay on them when they go completely flat

Less expensive choices for breakfast would have been nice.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Everything was spot on. Such a nice spread for breakfast. Love that there were healthy foods to choose from. Coffee was hot. Thank you.
