The staff was very friendly, the location is also perfect as there is a lot to do around the area

The fact that it cost almost $700 just 3 nights and somehow that's the best they can do breakfast wise. I mean about 80% of it is obviously microwaved food. Can't say it was worth the effort of waking up early just for microwaved food. I've started at plenty of hotels, some far worse that i care to admit but they at least made up for it by having freshly cooked breakfast every day. But i guess that's the trade of. Really nice hotel = terrible breakfast. Really bad hotel = great breakfast. I just don't get, with the cost per night. The place can obviously afford it. Real let down

It was a great space for our stay, and loved that we had a microwave and refrigerator as well as a freezer to keep the ice. The staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast was good.

The plug in the bathroom and a couple others did not work during our entire stay. The last day we were there another fuse or circuit went, and all we had was a bathroom, light and a light in the entryway of the room. We couldn’t use the hairdryer. I had reported it the first day and nobody fixed it, and the last day we were there we reported it again. At that point they kindly compensated us for the inconvenience. There was also a rather large stain on the rug.

The front desk was very helpful & courteous. All of the staff, from check-in to housekeeping services, at the hotel greeted me with smiles & Hello's. I felt quite welcome. The breakfast buffet was excellent; prepared omelets, breakfast sandwiches, waffle bar; lots of delicious, fresh & ready options beyond the standard scrambled eggs. The room was spotless, extremely well- & fully equipped. It seemed like a lot of thought went into the design & furnishings of the room.

Breakfast was good with lots of variety. The facility was in a good location next to numerous stores and easy access to the beach and airport. The pool was nice with towels available and there was an outdoor grill. I would definitely stay there again.

I have no complaints. The staff was excellent and helpful. The room was well appointed and had everything we needed. The bathroom had numerous towels, wash clothes, soap and a sliding door that provided excellent privacy.

The spirit of this place has one name: David, the manager. The hotel is a hidden gem that's not over the top or in your face. The rooms are really nice and comfortable, offering everything you could need. But David made our stay extra special! My friend was really sick and needed a doctor. David was so supportive and really took care of us, not just as a hotel manager but as a warm and caring human being. He just cares for people and is genuinely interested in their lives, with the right sense of how close people wish to connect

We did a road trip around Florida and stayed at 4 other brands, we hadn't heard of this one and gave it ago to a very pleasant surprise, It was definitely a cut above the rest, room size was slightly larger, much better layout, the kitchenette was a huge bonus and the fact they had onsite laundry facilities at a good price made our stay very comfortable. It's like they have done a lot of work ironing out niggly little things and got a very practical, comfortable and pleasant product.

The only criticism we would have was that the breakfast is not as good holiday inn express, they prepare rolls, wraps etc which is not what the kids want, they prefer to pick the bits they like rather than have items ready made up. It's good quality stuff but they should stick to simple buffet style like the rest.

Everything!! This hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! The rooms are great! There's a full fridge, a dishwasher, plates, glasses, silverware, and plenty of room to spare! We were in town to run the Rock and Roll half marathon, and they were so accommodating! They voluntarily extended the check out time for the runners so that we could come back ans shower after the race and started breakfast early so that we could all eat before we left for the race! Oh..and they have us a care package when we checked in! I will 100% be staying here again!

CARPETS ARE DISCUSTING AND OUR ROOM 304 HAD STAINS AND DIRT THAT WERE TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE I SUFFER FROM MOLD AND MILDEW ALLERGIES AND I COUGHED THE ENTIRE TIME STAFF WAS WILLING TO SHAMPOO OUR RUGS BUT I COULD NOT BEAR THE THOUGHT OF DAMP CARPET

The hotel is expensive, very neat, clean and comfortable. However for three hundred dollars a night including taxes and fees they had the nerve to cheep out on internet demanding an extra 5-6 dollars a night for a proper connection. Shame on you nickel and diming customers.

The location was great. Safe and quiet neighborhood near a main road. The room was very spacious. The bed and pillows and blankets were all plush and comfortable. Generally, everything was very clean.

The bathtub drain was sluggish and the water accumulated during the shower. Didn't like that part.
