Set on the inland waterway off the Clearwater coast, the apartments were set in a wood-framed traditional building complex. The building consists of two banks with rooms facing the car park, internally overlooking a putting course and one overlooking the waterway. The balcony was not private but formed part of the walkway which could be busy depending on what level you were on. Beach was a short walk and was the best aspect of the fasilities

The breakfast was laid out on a table with napkins covering the food, which seemed not ideal... you are given a ticket for breakfast which was included in the price, however, the focus seemed to be on securing a tip rather than providing a quality service. The initial room was on the ground floor facing the putting course and was awful, I paid to be upgraded to a sea view.. the room had a strong smell and the furniture needed a good clean. Not the standard I would expect from a Holiday Inn.

The roof over the central courtyard was damaged ( missing) from a hurricane last season. That's what a member of the team told us. When it rained heavily there was a massive amount of water coming into the area making a trip to the elevator very difficult without getting soaked.

Room was very comfortable & spacious

I loved the extras the hotel included (kids eat free, 2 passes to water park) It really helped me enjoy my trip even more.

I had to ask for more stuff. I had 5 guests but only 3 towels. No pan to cook with. 2cups. The staff responded quickly, but the room should be set up for how many guests are coming.

No breakfast was offered - free coffee only. Had to buy your breakfast at the attached restaurant. Not expecting that.

It was fine. Nothing over the top. Pillows were either too soft, too heavy or flat.

Location was central to everything. The staff was so helpful and informative. The best part for my 15 year old son and myself was the inclusion of the water slide park and lazy river located ON PROPERTY! Holiday Inn gives you passes for same. It’s truly a great little gem in IRB.

Nachos by the pool were janky

the rooms are spaced apart to be quiet for sleeping unless yours faces the little golf course like ours was , than it’s loud and balls hit your door ! has a ramp at end where I was making it nice to roll my luggage since I am not to lift due to a surgery . great place to walk to everything Beach , restaurant s, or just walk the Dock and property

bathroom still had last person soap on top of shower , was not real clean , carpet had blood stains on it .I am a rewards member and yet was told to use my Booking.com app because it was cheaper than being a member 🤷‍♀️ the restaurant service outside has went to hell since 2 years ago and no seating. outside unless you have a balcony as we were supposed to have and instead got a handi cap room 🤷‍♀️

Normally Holliday Inn provides free breakfast, this one hotel only provided 1 day.

They partner with a water park which is next door and the process to get in it was complicated and a very looking walk to get to it.

it was such an amazing, friendly beachfront place to stay. We meet the night manager, Russ Griggs, who told us everything we needed to know about the resort, and what it had to offer. He answered every question that we had, and he’s quite an asset to this holiday inn resort! We will definitely return and hope to spend time conversing with him again!!

Very close to the beach and a lot to do within the facility.

A little dated, and our shower had black mold; but it was clean.
