The room was adequate, if a little small. Main Street Dunedin is a raucous place many nights, and the guest House is really right in the middle of it. If you're looking to be in the middle of town with many of the bars, restaurants and gift shops within walking distance, this is your place. They have a nice garden space with chairs, and our room (Garden Suite) had a small veranda attached to sit.

Our "suite" was a studio type of room, with a small countertop containing a bar sink. A drinks refrigerator and a hotplate were stored under the counter, along with a toaster. The bathroom was teeny. The bathroom sink was actually in the main room, it wouldn't fit in the actual bathroom. IMO it shouldn't have been listed as a "suite," a studio apartment would have been accurate. there are bigger, actual suites on the site.

The Meranova is a really lovely Inn. Ideal location downtown across from a small park with well-kept gardens and a very nice pool. The bath was quite large, with a deep soaking tub and shower. Bed was very comfortable. Every suite is different, some with a porch and direct access to the grounds.

The furniture was a bit dated but functional. Kitchenette was compact with a couple or solo traveler in mind. The "goodie" basket filled with treats was a nice touch.

Ideal location-able to walk everywhere in Dunedin. It’s beside an excellent breakfast/lunch cafe and next to park that holds farmers market on weekends Enjoyed sitting out in the gardens in the evening with a glass of wine and listening to live music coming from across the street Outdoor pool was a good temperature, very well maintained Our unit was very clean, quiet and well equipped Wifi and cable worked great Very comfortable beds The owner and staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay

The location was fantastic. Outdoor seating areas were great too.

There isn’t a front desk and staff are only available via text or call. I didn’t expect that with an inn and it changed the vibe to more of an Airbnb. Not a bad thing, just wasn’t expected and no one had mentioned it in reviews.

Loved the location and outside grounds. Kitchen was nice. Comfortable mattress. Staff was very communicative. I received several text messages prior to my arrival. They let me know when the suite was ready for check-in.

Needs more comfortable indoor seating. Comfortable seating on the porch, which offers a nice view of the garden area.

This hotel has a very high rating for a reason, from the welcome drink with chocolates to the quality of the furniture, bedding etc, everything felt premium. The owners obviously take pride in their hotel as it was extremely clean. The grounds were stunning, the whole hotel had a keys vibe, it also looked like all rooms had their own patio for those that like to sit outside with a glass of wine, before heading to the numerous bars , restaurants within walking distance. I could go on, but I'd be here all night. 5 star accommodation, and we will definitely be returning!!

Such a wonderful property! Beautiful, comfortable room in the perfect location. Walkable to wonderful restaurants, shops, and the marina for sunsets. Thoughtful details like umbrellas, coffee supplies, welcome chocolates and a small bottle of Prosecco, kitchen supplies, etc. Decorated so cute for the holidays! We honestly felt right at home in the Meranova Guest Inn…will come back here for sure!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the Regency room was immaculate, very comfortable, also a great pool and gardens. The kitchen includes everything you need including a Keurig and ample coffee, small refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, sink, microwave and dishes, pans and utensils. The detail to make your stay comfortable was above expectations. And of course the location was wonderful walking distance to Dunedin restaurants, shops and park made it the perfect place to be.

Location was exceptional - restaurants, bars, breweries, Pinellas trail, Edgewater Drive - all within walking distance. The hosts were friendly, responsive, helpful and a pleasure to interact with! We loved the surprise waiting for us when we checked in. The Inn was so charming and we felt like we had a lot of privacy. Would definitely stay again.

The only thing I didn't like was that my stay at the Inn was too short :-)

Quiet, very clean and home had all the bare necessities! Hot water right away when needed. Easy to adjust heat/ AC unit. Comfortable bed with soft sheets and awesome pillows. Just simple, charming place! When in the area again, I will definitely be giving them a call. Thank you!
