- They had a good variety of hot breakfast, every day something different. (breakfast sandwiches, scrambled egg, thin bacon, sausage patty, boiled egg, waffle, yogurt, milk, chocolate milk, juice, coffee, cereals, granola, bagel, English muffin etc.) - The beach was about 5 min walk, the Clearwater beach center was about 20 min walk, but you could ask the valet parking guys for a golf cart ride. - The room was quiet, spacious, clean. The beds were comfortable. - There are several restaurants nearby. - There is a jetski rental place next to the hotel

We hated the valet parking, no one knows why it is necessary. It is very inconvenient and extremely expensive ($29/night). Would understand paying for beach parking, but for the guest who stay there they should NOT charge such a high rate. We stayed 7 nights, so it was very expensive.

The view was excellent and close to everything. The staff was very very courteous and the breakfast with the fresh eggs was great.the gentleman on Saturday, Sunday and Monday behind the front desk at night was great

Paying to park. Just charge a higher rate and stop charging for everything. Not only that but you tip to get the car and tip again when you come back. I understand this is just another way hotels make money, but it felt like you were always in my pocket.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great. The staff kept the dining room clean and the food stocked. Guest laundry was reasonably priced and clean. Shuttle service was wonderful; the drivers were all personable.

I didn't realize parking wasn't included with the stay. I also thought I booked a room with a balcony. This was no fault of the facility at all. There wasn't anywhere for us to hang beach towels to dry. The bathroom has the standard 2 hooks, we used for bath towels. I ended up using the dryers in guest laundry. It was fine, but not ideal. This was the only opportunity for improvement.

Proximity to ocean, nice rooms, great view, quiet

Breakfast mediocre quality (limited selection, powdered eggs, orange juice either too concentrated or too diluted depending on when you access the dispenser, paper plates, plastic cutlery, very slow toaster, crowded breakfast room); also, hotel takes a $50/day deposit for “incidentals” upon check-in which it only refunds five days after you leave — amounting to a free loan from you to the hotel; requested 1 hour and 45 minutes late checkout but could only get one hour. All small things, but they add up.

I loved how friendly the staff was. They went out of their way for us whenever we needed help with something. They put this cute little decoration in our room to surprise my son on his birthday and made him a birthday crown. He loved it!! We stayed there a week and by the time we left, everyone knew each other's name. The view was great as well! I also like how there is a little escort service downstairs that is part of the hotel. They will take any guest they want anywhere they want as long as it's a half mile from the hotel. They also pick up the guests as well. We thought that was very neat. For people who have trouble walking, just that little bit helps out a lot!

When I walked into our bathroom for the first time, there was hair in our bathroom. The only thing I could think of was it came from the maids. It was cleaned up right away but just having it there was a bit uncomfortable and shocking. Housekeeping also forgot to give us clean washcloths on the last day of our visit. I had to go downstairs and ask the front end clerk named Josh for some. It wasn't a big deal but just a bit inconvenient. Also, the desk chair feet stick out too much. We tripped over them several times in pain during our visit. Even when we pushed the desk chair in we still tripped over them. There wasn't really anywhere else to put it either.

The room was very clean and comfortable with great views, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The valet would happily take you anywhere you wanted to go within the resort (and pick you up again!) in the complimentary golf buggy, which was excellent. The beach was amazing, one of the best I have ever seen!

The breakfast was all very tasty, but it was served on paper plates and with plastic cutlery, which was a bit disappointing.

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was good as well as the breakfast staff.The guys that work as the valet, did a great job ! The beach was in walking distance.

The air conditioner was loud and when it first comes on, has a moldy smell. The room was small and we were to have a bay view, but not much of a view from our window.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

I didn't like that I couldn't access my car whenever I wanted without using the valet service. I had forgotten items in my car and had to have them bring me my car instead of just getting the items myself. It was also really inconvenient to load and unload my car this way. It was nice knowing my car was safe, but I didn't like this service, and it gets expensive to tip every time you need to leave or park.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and clean. The staff was great. The food I'll give it a 6 or 7. Location is good. Golf cart, travel back-and-forth into town was great.

Didn't like spending $500 to say one night in a hotel. I know location is on the beach. I understand parking is Very limited. But at times I left out of there. I'm a little over 500 bucks for one night. I have a good. Income but That just doesn't facilitate for me.

Karen, Liz the manager, John and Gabe (the boy driving us around in the shuttle - forgot the other kids name) were awesome. Karen had a super longgggg day but she was always there with a big smile always happy to help. She should be a trainer at the hotel. Housekeeping was also great.
