Excellent location, modern and clean. Helpful staff. Nice modern room. St Pete’s is a great place to stay.

Parking quite pricey.

This hotel has a great location to explore downtown. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are nice and big. Parking is very easy if you coming by car as its in the hotel building.

Swimming pool area was a bit dirty with Bird mess on on the chairs and table.

The location is right next to Central St, where there are numerous restaurants and fun bars, some with live music. So many other restaurant choices too within walking distance. The pier is only a 10 minute walk. The complimentary breakfast every morning had a nice variety of choices and plenty of food, even when crowded. Very clean hotel, nice pool area, decent enough gym. Staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful.

No microwave in the room (but there is mini fridge). $32.50/day to park in their garage.

The top floor suite rooms are excellent and above the noise of the City below. The breakfast was varied and well staffed. (The breakfast staff was very sweet and kept the buffet and the tables very clean). The parking garage was excellent and well-designed. Very easy to get to your car and get back and forth. GIven that major hurricanes came through less than 90 days before our stay, the hotel was functioning well.

Mario the check in clerk was great on 12/20. His blonde female partner on 12/21 might have been the grumpiest and least competent hotel check in person I've even encountered. Hopefully just a bad night for her. Otherwise, she should not be customer facing. Also, the smell of weed wafting in the parking garage (there are a few smoking areas for folks) was off=-putting and very hood. Tell the staff to smoke at home, not at work.

Big, clean room and bathroom. Great full breakfast, with superlative quality fruit salad.

No wifi for all the four days we were there - every receptionist said they'd fix it soon, but wifi was never fixed. To add to the problem, their computers and printers downstairs weren't working. Created a huge problem for me because I had a some important work to finish. Self Parking charges were additional and substantial - around $26 per day - but in the building.

Great location. Beautiful pool and hotel was very clean and nice. Lobby staff was nice and bartender at lobby bar was fun.

Not the hotels fault but a man approached us on the sidewalk outside the hotel (at night) and was trying to start trouble and pick a fight and get violent with us, we were literally walking along minding our own business. Not sure if he intended to rob us or if he was just mentally challenged or what but luckily we got into the lobby of hotel before anything bad actually happened. Left a very bad taste in our mouths. Again, Not the hotels fault though. But beware.

Front desk receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. All the staff was amazing. We were displaced with our house being flooded and chose to stay at the Hyatt with our Frenchie, and everyone made us feel right at home. It was the best night sleep I have had since hurricane. Super nice room with so much space. We had a great day walking around the market the next day and was the best break from renovating our house and forgetting all of it for a day. Breakfast was excellent!

My house keeper was amazing. So nice and helpful. The front desk staff were also very friendly.

Parking and paying $90 for incidentals. That's so uncalled for. I understand if I would break something of course I would pay for it. But I'm an adult and a professional and responsible.

The location was great and close to a lot of restaurants. Walking distance to Tropicana Field, which was a must for our trip. The breakfast was good. The rooms are huge and great for families with multiple kids. However nightclubs across the street may deter some families- it didn’t bother us. We had plenty of space. Garage parking was a great thing because street parking is limited otherwise.

The coffee maker in the room was not the best. I wasn’t a fan of the coffee in the lobby either. Wish they had a keurig or something similar. Ended up going to Starbucks next door one morning for something stronger.

We recently stayed one night at the hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options to start the day. The night was peaceful and quiet, ensuring a restful sleep without any disturbances. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to Pete Pierce and Dali Museum. Overall, we highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.
