Very nice boutique hotel. Decorated beautifully. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Bar, restaurant on main floor. and really good baked goods. Will stay there again.

Parking lot was challenging and our last night we had to park across the street in a dentist's parking lot. Parking lot is for guests and people that just come to eat and drink.

It was quite relaxing and everyone was friendly.

The bathtub had a red ring around the whole tub. It looked like it if the tub was dirty. Didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower but obviously I need to and I used my crocs while I took a shower. Also, the AC really didn’t get cold. I was sweating all night, in and out of sleep because of the heat. The parking lot gets packed quick and it sucks that you have to walk a good amount to get to the hotel entrance from the parking lot and there isn’t a back entrance to help with the situation. You have to walk all the way to the front with all your bags, which suck, especially in this summer heat.

Great hotel with so much charm. Rooms were not just clean but huge, well equipped, and very charming. The whole hotel has a unique look and feel. Great lobby sitting area with a fireplace ! Great restaurant and bakery downstairs, and you can enjoy your food or drink, right on the beautiful terrace . Staff is super friendly , helpful, and goes above and beyond for anything that you need. Nice bonus , they did not even have it on description , they just added a great little gym and spa . It was a very welcomed bonus. Can not wait to come here again ! I just noticed I used "great" a lot. It is really a one word summary of this gem !

We were surprised to find out that the hotel offers a free shuttle to all the local destinations from downtown to the museums and theaters. ( no driving in St Pete traffic or struggling to find parking ) Just park at the hotel and they do the rest. Gregg the shuttle driver is a great guy and very helpful. We caught a show at the Mahaffey, he dropped us off and picked us up a few hours later, it couldn't have been easier for us. Our Room was very clean and very comfortable. The hotel has a lot of charm and the entire staff is probably the best we have ever met at any hotel we've stayed at. The food was very good and Michelle our waitress at the poolside dining was fantastic. We are already planning to go back in March.

Location is excellent for most activities downtown. Staff was good and professional. The bar/restaurant downstairs was just wonderful, great food, excellent beer selection, and server was outstanding.

Walls/doors are a bit thin but this is a 'legacy' hotel and not unexpected. Room was small but fine, they need more hardware to hang things on the wall outside of the bathroom. There is a desk but the chair was a bit uncomfortable and it was difficult for my wife and I to find a setup to 'hang out' in the room. Fortunately there was a nice space by the elevators with comfortable couches and chairs to sit and drink a bit of wine.

Love Love Love it here. Enjoy everything about it,the atmosphere,pool area, restaurant,Cafe love sitting out on the porch, it's convenient to walk to downtown,to the pier, bus to the beach, it's our 2nd stay, next year we want to stay even longer, the staff is amazing,friendly, housekeeping is also wonderful 😊 keep up the great work ty Dan & Julie Phaneuf ❤️

What's not to like, everything was wonderful 😊. The size of our room was fine clean and comfortable, who needs a bigger room we're only there to 😴 sleep,beds were comfy,and I love the fan😊

We booked multiple rooms at The Hollander and their sister property next door, The Avalon, for our daughter's wedding October 2024. To say we were delighted was an understatement!! Chris was amazing, helping us coordinate rooms, deliver welcome bags to guests, notifying us as rooms became available for check-in and so much more! Every interaction was amazing, from Chris & Jeff at the front-desk, to house-keeping, to the Tap Room and Pool Bar. Our guests were delighted with the experience. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to down-town, with ample FREE parking, although the spaces are a little tight, so bring your smaller cars if possible. Such a great all around vibe and we can't wait to come back again!!

Very nice historical building. The interior of the Hotel is super charming and the rooms, even though are in an old building, are nicely decored in modern style. Comfortable bed and right size room for two people. Super nice staff at reception, very kind and they provided with lots of information and foc water. The bar of the Hotel is super nice and very good for having breakfast in the morning. Great location to walk around St Petersburg. Just outside the hotel there is the bus stop of the looper (the foc public trolley) which can be used to move around the city. The car can be conveniently parked in the area next to the hotel.

A bit too little bathroom.

We love everything about this hotel. The decor, art and architecture are wonderful and a celebration of the spirit of St. Petersburg. The staff are incredible and dedicated to service - they exemplify the best of the hospitality industry. We enjoyed hanging out in a cababna by the pool and had fantasic meals - lunch and dinner. You really don't need to leave the property for anything!

Honestly, there isn't anything we didn't like. They do such a great job of taking care of the guests.

I loved the decor, the helpfulness of the staff, the restaurant and 2 bars, (they had specials and different happy hour deals, which were fun) the outdoor seating and the community rooms on every floor, the comfort of the bed, the convenience of having a fridge and microwave.

The only thing that was glitchy was the electric outlets. They tended to be loose and would stop charging our phones, which we wouldn't realize until we retrieved them, uncharged.
