Very comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful and the location was really convenient

No business facilities. I am used to hotels, Marriotts particularly, having business facilities. I needed to access my office folders and had no access to a computer. No cocktail lounge but that was not a real drawback as the hotel is a mere block or two in any direction from other restaurant/bars. We spent the weekend with family and friends and it would have been nice to be able to use the hotel as a central meeting, lounging point. That is my only negative.

It was a beautiful property and perfectly located in walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shop, and if you don’t want to walk there is a free trolley service. Also, the dining option on the property was had great options, serve, and good quality of food.

I was really disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. There was a big spot on the floor that kinda looked like blood ( not sure what it was), the ottoman had dirt and hair on it, and around the baseboards in the bathroom there was hair and gunk. For the price I expected better.

The historical building remodeled to be modern was lovely. It was quite comfortable. There was a plumbing issue while we were staying there and the manager kindly took care of us when we didn’t have use of our room all day. The hotel was an easy walk to the pier.

The valet parking was difficult. They were super nice and did a good job getting our car and all but a little difficult to not have easy access to it. Even though the manager took care of us, the plumbing issue was a pain also. Didn’t know about an all day plumbing job during our stay until late the night before. Should have been told sooner and been compensated without having to ask. Also, the cafe wasn’t open early enough to get coffee in the morning so had to go out for breakfast.

It was a nice hotel. Location was good. Downtown. 20 minute walk to Tropicana Field. 15 Minutes to the pier & beach,

Only one comment here. While the rooms were clean, the restocking of the room was not consistent. A guess should not have to ask to refill the coffee or toilet paper. If a room uses 1 coffee pack than it should be restocked with 1 the next cleaning as an example.

I'm answering this questionnaire from the perspective of the person who booked the rooms, not the people who stayed in them. Booked rooms for news crews working during Hurricane Milton. Angel on the front desk was exceptionally helpful and made everything go smoothly.

I feel like your room price was awfully high. I do hope this wasn't hurricane price gouging in action.

The front office receptionist was extremely professional and courteous. Our refrigerator wasn’t working and by the time I got back to my room, the engineer was already there! He was also very professional and courteous. Think I will be staying there in the near future

Valet parking cost and breakfast wasn’t free

All staff we encountered were very nice and helpful.

valet parking was too expensive. I was told it was $15 a day. it ended up to be over $30 a day and we tipped daily coming and going with the car!!!!

nice room, bar at the premises, pool and gym but I haven't use it.

room was little dark, view to the back wasn't appealing, valet parking was expensive, bar / restaurant open hours limited the options to buy food

The fact there was a high pitch whistling noise. Air in the pipes???

I stayed on top floor. Great room. But the shower water was cool. This was in morning, night every time. Not a deal breaker but in the am kinda cool.
