We upgraded our room to a king suite with a separate room with a door. It was very accommodating. Everyone had privacy. The pool was amazing and the sit down breakfast was great.

When we arrived the police were there throwing people out of the hotel.

I want to say the clerk Cedric was wonderful great customer service the hospitality communicated very well he was doing a double shift and still had a smile on his face before placing me in a room he asked me was uncomfortable with the room i like that because he was considered of my customer's need instead of placing me in a room good service

Customer Service was excellent!

Carpet in the room need replaced, it was torn and the inside bathroom door at the bottom was scratched/torn ( it appeared someone may have had a dog.) The relaxing chair need replaced, had to put a blanket over it to sit in because it looked stained.

It was easy to find with big signs from the road. Plentiful parking with multiple doors to access the parking lot. Nice modern lobby with a bar and food service. A quick food station selling snacks and drinks. Everything one would need for a short stay. The room was very comfortable and able to get fully dark with no outside noises to sleep easily.

We stayed during Hurricane Milton and we felt very safe. The property is very nice with a beautiful pool area.. the king bed room exceeded my expectations and it included a separate trundle bed which was perfect for my nephew. Very comfortable bed. Nice comfortable dining room and bar area. Special shout out to Kyle who was more than accommodating . Would stay again

There was nothing I didn’t like.

I was worried when I saw the reviews however the hotel far exceeded expectations. It is well located, has good facilities, staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean and roomy the with comfortable beds.

Some areas of the rooms are looking a little tired and need a bit of an update. As I write this I am still waiting for my security deposit to be cancelled.

Nice comfortable and clean room. Free parking. Close to other facilities and only a few minutes drive outside of downtown.

Arrived quite late (9:15PM) and just managed to order food at the bar. Bar shut almost immediately after without bar staff advising the remaining customers that this was going to happen, the one drink we had ordered had been finished by the time the food arrived, but when we tried to get another drink to have with our meal we were told that the bas was already shut. If we'd been told initially that they were going to stop serving drinks as well as taking orders for food we would have ordered two drinks each at the same time we ordered the food.

I liked the effort of the staff considering the day before we arrived the area was hit by hurricane helene. Our room was good for us and had everything we needed. I liked the bar area and the pool and poolside was good.

I don’t have a negative comment to make here, every thing was just fine for myself and family.

My daughter had to evacuate from her dorm for Hurricane Helene and the manager, Joel, was extremely helpful and accommodating. I greatly appreciate his compassion and helpfulness in making sure she could be somewhere safe in these difficult circumstances! We'll definitely be booking here for future visits!

Considering we arrived the day after hurricane helene how could anyone complain about anything. The room was fine and clean, a nice pool and a nice bar, what’s not to like.

Maybe the restaurants menu was a little inadequate, but maybe it was the hurricane.
