The staff at the front desk are awesome! All but one, you know there's always one bad apple in every bushel LOL. And she just makes you want to run out the door not even get your money back. But the other ladies absolutely make up for her . They ALL have got the best personality. Ya know people person. So tentative and helpful. Definitely makes up for the 1 old lady. Oh and have to mention the house keeping. 👍👍 They are awesome too. They make it a point to make sure you have everything you need. would recommend the Red roof in N St Pete te over all day places I've stayed. Very clean too

Only problem was the one old lady at the front desk that talks about you like you're not standing there and talks crap about you for no apparent reason I think she might be mental. Other than that I could not find one thing bad to say about it it's very clean and comfortable there.

From the get-go walking in the lobby the women behind the desk were absolutely great respectable mindful and more than happy to help resolve an issue. I wanted the refrigerator + microwave and I booked the wrong room for these amenities. It was fixed with ease.

The old lady behind the desk she said it's right there and talks about you to other s''e you're not standing there. I think she may be mental. Made me extremely uncomfortable. But every single one of the girls and I think there's one gentleman that's behind the desk are awesome. They definitely make up for the old lady

Enjoy the privacy no one bothers ya the staff are great and quick and efficient the security that walks around at night does a good job keeping people from breaking into cars or sleeping outside even catching fires in fir pits. I’d def say the comfort inn has become a great stay if ur on a budget and need a a late check in

Not enough towels provided the tv should be a smart tv they are affordable and change the whole experience for guests to be able to stream

I really liked the staff, everyone was super friendly and very helpful. My room was super clean and everything I wanted and expecting. I accidently order a smoking room and am a non smoker. The front desk team specific Angie, Ricardo and one other gentleman was very friendly and helped me find another room that didn't have any smoke smell in it. I was given a variety of options of what they had avaliable and they were more then happy to fulfill my needs to find an available room that I would enjoy being in for the night..My experience was very good and I am definitely coming back to this location when I need another room in St.Pete.

The staff are great to talk to super friendly? They are quick getting you your keys and in your room anytime of night the front office is open 24/7

They need to hire more cleaners and help the blessed ones that do a great job more English so they can be more efficient at their job I recommend the phone app “Duo”

It's quiet, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and are very nicely set up. The stay overall was pleasant.

There wasn't much I didn't like other than I found a cheaper price on the room after I had already booked mine and paid for it.

Nothing really nothing that isn't at every other hotel just a normal people that want to get loud or a few knocks on the door but other than that everything was great it wasn't their fault they did everything they could security wise to keep me safe .

Very clean bedrooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very convenient for Tampa Airport - 25 minutes away. Will definitely stay there again if flying to/from Tampa.
