The room was nice sized, the King bed was super comfortabl; there was a nice comfy easy chair with a small side table that could be moved from chair to bed in addition to a comfy office type chair at the desk. The bathroom was spacious with walk in shower, plenty of counter space! We didnt hear noise from other rooms which was a huge plus for us!! My husband looked forward to their breakfast with something different each morning! There was a good sized gym with everything you needed for a workout away from home! The pool area was nice, however, we didnt have time to utilize it! The staff were all very nice, professional, always eager to assist! We both felt safe and secure here! All in all, a great place to call home away from home!

We had to evacuate due to Hurricane Helene. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Ice machines weren't working. When we were checking out the luggage cart was no where to be found. They think a guest might have kept the cart in their room. The air conditioning in our room kept saying error. It was comfortable but wouldn't get cold.

The staff here is wonderful and the rooms and so nice and comfy. Very welcoming, the breakfast is nice and delicious. My kids loved coming down every morning to eat and saying hello to the staff . The manger is super nice.very nice pool and clean. I would come back again if I had another dance comp to give another try .

What needs to improve is room service cleaning the rooms. I asked for my room to be cleaned twice. I personally left for the day with my kids and left the sign on the counter to they can come in . I walked in about 9:00 pm to come back to shower.our beds were never changed and all the lines I had set aside and towel to be picked up as well trash I put to the side was never picked up . I had to call Michelle which works at night in the front, she was so helpful. She personally brought me fresh sheets and towels . She even picked up the trash and dirty Linens.I told her she deserves a raise and did amazing job since housekeeping did not do there part, she works the front and does amazing. She needs a management position or a big raise.she truly helped my kids and I .

Very nice property, very well maintained. It is located in a shopping area that was very convenient to get to Not far from where we were visiting The breakfast was very nice The bathroom was super clean and bright. The barn door is a nice touch.

We did not know that this property allowed pets. When we booked the property, no where did it mention on the site that it allowed pets. We love pets. However, with someone who has anxieties due to experiences not knowing about it in advance put an enormous amount stress on that person and set the tone for the rest of the day. It we would have known, we would have had educated decision on booking the property. It would have been less stress.

too many barking dogs all night long. Maybe should be sequestered to one wing of the property, let those with dogs all stay in the same area of the hotel and listen to each other's dogs bark all night!!

The hotel and our room were very clean and the staff was always friendly.

The pool was not clean unfortunately and the washer and dryer were down. We always choose a facility with laundry available so that was a bummer.

The room was spacious. The staff was friendly and they offered a variety of breakfast. My husband enjoyed the gym. Everything overall was good.

The only thing I did not like was that it was not a microwave in the room.

The location is near an intersection of two busy roads and we underestimated how the loud road noise would be. Congested traffic.
