The location (close to relatives home), value, staff friendliness, and comfort were all very positive.

The room was dark - dark paint everywhere. During daytime the light comes in, but you don't want to leave a curtain open on the first floor where everyone can see in. Consider a lighter paint color. Also, the lighting was very dim in the bathroom - difficult for applying makeup. Housekeeping did not check the microwave - someone had left a dish in there. I noticed this as I went to heat up my coffee. Microwaves and refrigerators should be checked for contents when preparing for another guest to stay.

The property was in a great location, easy to find and park

The outside furniture was ruined in the storm, so we could not sit and enjoy the outside as we would have liked, but it was nobody’s fault,

The hotel was fine for my quick visit in St. Petersburg. The staff was friendly & welcoming & the room was spacious. Traveled to town to catch a Rays game & was pleased by how close the stadium was to the hotel.

The hotel has definitely been newly renovated, but it feels like it was done in a rush. The color scheme is a dark gray & not very inviting, there's still a slight mildew smell in the hallways/rooms that shouldn't exist in a newly done hotel...just small details like that which may or may not matter to some travelers.

Spacious, clean comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Free breakfast and hot drinks. Location was perfect for our needs. The staff were friendly.

The pool was having maintenance so that was disappointing as we couldn't use it

I liked that the lobby was clean and had a great smell when walking through the door. The room was nice and clean. The staff is as great except for one of the staff members that told my family they had to get out of the lobby because it was closed I am thinking it was the night shift because Brianna was very pleasant and stated to me that the night shift agent is not so nice I did not get her name but whoever she was she would have to do better with her attitude because that could ruin the business

The only thing I disliked was the night shift that got a attitude with my family saying that the lobby was closed I never knew that the lobby closes at a certain time and also the pillow wish they was a firmer

The rooms are comfortable and there is a fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board. The breakfast is limited but fine and there are restaurants nearby. There is free parking available.

The carpet could be cleaner.

Every staff member was friendly...the campus is well lighted, the room was clearn, bed was spectacular!!! I'd stay here again without any doubt

7.00 bottle of water ...really? No need to make that much profit off your guest (especially for a bottle of water) when we are already paying a premium price.

A really nice place for a day in the beach, it is close to St Pete Beach and Fort de Soto which are lovely white sand beaches, kayaks, excursions, tiki beach bars and more… just for the half of the price of a hotel at the beach. Just 15’ minutes from beaches and 10’ from downtown St Pete

The property was a convenient and good price for the event we were attending.

Needed to have more towels already in the room. There were only two. I know I could have gone and got more but I was tired.

The room and bathroom were clean modern & spacious. It was very convenient for us visiting family in neighborhood. A fairly short drive into downtown St Pete. Easy parking. Felt very safe here. Continental breakfast and they had 3 flavors of coffeemate. Ladies at checkin were friendly & efficient

Pool was pretty small and in the shade in late afternoon. There weren’t enough lounge chairs as a small group had taken them all. The elevator made a spooky sound like it should be in a haunted house. But those are pretty minor complaints. I wish they were PET friendly, but no longer are.
