Location was good. Didn’t take long to get anywhere. Restaurants and shops in walking distance.

My check in process was bad. I booked on booking.com. Hoping to have a simple check in because I was tired from the travel and just wanted to rest. The hotel staff tried charging me again stating I hadn’t paid and only reserved my room. I told them I paid on booking. The guy there told me booking doesn’t take payments just reserve the room. I showed him were it had been taken out of my bank account. Instead of him trying to help in anyway he told me I needed to call them. Then he just left and left it for someone else. I’ve booked on booking.com several times and never had that issue. This whole process took about 45 mins. Aside from that that hotel was nice and clean. Didn’t like the handicap access room but the rest was decent.

The double queen we booked was huge and very clean. Its different than other hotels as the bathroom is separated from the room by only a wall, but it works. The roof top w a pool and bar is really nice for a city location.

The lights around the mirror didn't work. They would have been handy. I didn't realize parking was not included in the hotel nightly room cost. We asked if we could self park and we were told no by the valet. We could see the parking lot from our room and it would have been easy enough to park ourselves as there was plenty of room.

I was very pleasantly surprised. Loved the atmosphere, accommodations, location, staff and the complimentary breakfast. Loved the top floor with the roof top pool, dining area and view. It made our stay very enjoyable and will definitely want to return with one exception, no choice for parking.

It was not advertised that there was no onsite parking considering overall price for the room. Valet parking staff was very good but extremely expensive. On the on-line site the complimentary breakfast wasn’t advertised. I was happy that the person during check in informed us about the breakfast. Also, there was only 1 trash can in the room.

The gentleman at the front desk was amazing! He said his name was Chianti like the wine. He was friendly and he was helpful and allowed us to check in early so we could go to the Buccaneers Football game! We were so thankful! The valet guy gave us food vouchers for the game too. We were very very pleased with the hospitality . Everyone was so nice and friendly and I love the location and all the good bars and restaurants in midtown! Ps the shower was very nice and very clean! We would love to give a shout-out to Chianti because he was awesome and we will definitely be back!

I didn’t like the dark painted ceiling in the hallway, it makes the hallway way too dark . Everything else was great.

The location is very convenient. The bed is comfortable, and the staff is very pleasant.

After showering the water would not stop dripping which made disturbing noises and prevented us from sleeping. Maintenance came to resolve the issue but was unable to stop the dripping. Maintenance used towels to quiet the noise, but once the towels soaked, the noise continued. He advised switching rooms, but who wants to do that at 2a? He then advised we request compensation which we did at checkout and was told management would contact us to resolve the issue. Have not heard from management, What a disappointment.

The hotel was conveniently located near the stadium where we went to see a concert. It is located in "Mid Town" which is a newly built area with restaurants and shops. The hotel was very modern with an excellent rooftop pool and bar.

The room was a little small, and the glass doored shower was open to the room instead of being behind a door.

This was located in a very nice center where everything you could need is right downstairs. Everyone was very nice and it was very clean.

The only con is the $29-a-night valet charge which is not optional if you have your own car. There was no option for late checkout.

Location was great. Super nice to be able to walk to get food and also to the stadium for the Taylor swift concert

The nightlights in the sockets are entirely too bright. We had to cover them up to sleep at night. Also the lack of privacy for a shower in a double bed room is a little strange

The location is perfect, several restaurants around the hotel.

The hotel did not offered a self-parking. We had to use the valet service and pay extra $30. Nonetheless, service was very good.
