perfect location for the event we were going to. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was nice and cooler but the lobby of the hotel was extremely warm and a bit uncomfortable. We also paid $60 for two people for BREAKFAST.

Slippery floors outside the bathroom. Very nice Christmas decorations but it would have been nice to see a Hanukkah menorah or dreidel as well.

Location ,and the atrium and the hotel suite was what I needed . The garden shaved and parking was good with great convenient entrance points

Pay for parking - too many hotels offer free parking now so maybe to be more competitive - add it in to the nightly rate even if to seem competitive . Also the a/c vent leaked badly whenever we raised the temperature as the suite area of the room was set too cold in the 60s. I was constantly having to use towels on the floor .

Everything was nice and easy to find. Parking was not a problem. Love how we could oversee our cars. Staff was very friendly beds made every day and fresh towels waiting in the room.

We did not like the pool was freezing. Also not enough space to walk between chairs and edge of pool. To me it's a safety hazard with kids as they could fall in and it goes to 8ft. We also had 2 rooms and one of the rooms was not moving air or the AC was going out.

Excellent location and ambiance. Friendly staff. Gym was equipped well to fit my needs. The hotel was readily available in a last minute pinch. Loved the airport shuttle option! Indoor pool went to 8.5’!

Front elevators were offline upon my arrival. However, there was another set towards the back of the hotel. The housekeeping staff also used it during the am.

The room suite style rooms are spacious and is great for us with a teenager he slept on the pull out couch and we can close the door while he stayed up all night.

There really wasn't anything to say bad about the hotel other than parking. We stayed during an event and parking was somewhat of a challenge during our stay.

It was a great location. The staff was accommodating.

I had four rooms. The toilet backed up in one. The microwave blew a fuse, and the power went out in another. The third room, one of the guests, got stuck in the bathroom. After several attempts to fix the handle, maintenance had to kick the lock in to get her out. Not to mention, the vents didn't work in the bathroom. So, it was super hot! Also, I was charged parking for all four rooms. We didn't have a car. We Ubered or took the shuttle everywhere.

Check in and check out was seamless. Also, the shuttle to and from the airport was excellent. Hotel was located conveniently around lots of shops, dining, and not far from the cruise port.

The door to my room specifically was hard to close and open.

Location was excellent. Hotel is beautiful but a bit dated. There is a restaurant in the hotel where you can order breakfast a la Carte. However the menu was more expensive than going to a normal breakfast restaurant. The ambience and abundance of amenities were great.

A little paint would and updates to the bathrooms would go a long way. The napkins at the restaurant were dirty so we ended up leaving to eat breakfast at another broken egg cafe.

Room is big, beds are comfortable, foyer is beautiful! Location is close to everything.

When you have 5 guests staying I feel like there should automatically be at least 5 towels in the room. There really should be some sort of free breakfast considering the price. Plus almost all hotels offer some sort of free breakfast as a standard. LOVE the pool but there is so much echo you can't hear/understande anything anyone says. Gave me a major headache. Elevators were rough. One was not working at all. The other made noises that made you feel like you could crash at any moment. The bathroom is pretty small
